It Was a pleasant surprise when my t shirt came yesterday. It is a real good fit. And Nice comfy cotton. I think this Will last long.

Sketchy @ first because it took way to long to receive 2 t-shirts. Other than that great shirts.. 1 was a generic T, the next T was authentic from Alice In Chains merchandise store!

Merch is good quality. Slow and split shipment, but it all got here in good confition.

We lost our home in a tornado and Rock merch has been a great place to find replacement band shirts.

Shirts sizes are super inconsistent, and the delivery came in like 5 waves.

Well I've got 300 some odd points to use towards merchandise but your website in the items that you can get with those points is kind of vague so I'm just going to hold on to those points I guess but I'll probably be getting my shirts and other stuff elsewhere

I never received this package

*received your email with a copy of the tracking and a request to edit my review saying that y’all felt I was referring to a different retailer. I wasn’t referring to a different retailer, I was referring to y’all. I never received the package. I sent queries throughout the apartment complex to see if anyone had received it in error, no one had. The bottom line is that I did not receive this package, nobody seemed willing to work with me except to ask for an edited review. I have provided said edited review

Shirt didn’t come for over a month. Week after the concert. If I would have known, I would not have ordered

Two shirts I ordered were lost in the process and their way to me and I never received them and you guys didn’t do anything to make it right but at least giving me one free shirt or something out of it. It’s the least you could’ve done I would expect you would give me both if they were available they would’ve been the right thing really is a company you pretty much have no morals I don’t think.
# 53721 What is the order of the two Bauhaus shirts I was only charge for one of them as you pointed out but that is not the transaction I was referring to. I am referring to an older transaction. Look up number # 53304 please… I have the package it was ripped open and nothing was incited. Want to ride to me it should’ve been to Love and Rockets T-shirts that I was charged over $50 for and I didn’t receive even one shirt out of it. I’m sorely disappointed.

I ordered the David Bowie T shirt it was very small like for a child. I returned it, I don't get my money back. Something about store credit, I am interested in a lot of Rock T shirts.

Overall, satisfied customer here. I ordered a pink floyd shirt back in June (towards the end of June) and I got it yesterday(July 22nd). I had been tracking my order and noticed it hadn’t shipped yet. I emailed Rockmerch, and they informed me, the shirt I ordered is a specialty item and it does take longer to ship and the shipping info is on the website. I went back to indeed find, it clearly states in black and white, it does take a little longer for shipping. I emailed back and said, thank you for the info, and patiently waited. I am 100% happy with my purchase and I will be buying more shirts in the near future. I’m absolutely in love with my shirt. Can’t wait to wear it. Thank you RockMerch. Well this was a mistake. Ordered a shirt from them on 12 July, it’s now 22 July and all that has happened is they have taken my money. Emailed them and was told, oh it can take up to 45 days to ship. W T F it’s 1 t-shirt. I needed if for a concert I was going to, no returns only store credit which should have told me all I needed to know. Horrible service. Zero stars if it were possible. 1st and last order from me.

Order from rockmerch at your own peril. Read the reviews, don't make the same mistake I made. Order 57764, ordered June 23rd. 2 phone calls and 2 emails, all I get is the same canned response. All I want to know is when can I expect it?
It's 3 weeks Friday and if you responded to emails or phone calls, maybe you wouldn't have to respond to negative reviews. I'm still wondering when I might expect my purchase. Also, I ordered it right off your website, I don't know what is so special about it. It's not like it is personalized or anything.
