These don’t deserve a star
These don’t deserve a star. I have been going to this dentist for the last 49 years and when it was with Mr Morris and then Mr Somerville it was excellent.. Since this was taken over by these the customer service is shocking. This is at the Brideoak Street Dental in Cheetham Hill. You get struck off if you don’t go dentist on the NHS in 2 years but try getting an appointment here. You make an appointment 6 months ahead and they cancel it 2 days before which isn’t good when you work and not even give you another one. You then ring up and they make it was in about another 2 months. You get to this date and again it’s cancelled. Absolute joke. There is a lady on the reception who is really helpful who has been here many many years when Mr Somerville was here but the staff they have here now are absolutely disgusting- it’s as if they want to get get rid of NHS and go private only. I did put a complaint in previously around 18 months ago or more which still hasn’t been picked up. I used to travel over 53 miles to here due to moving away which I will not be doing anymore and I would advise others to avoid this practice
All you get is the dentist is on annual leave. We’re all entitled to annual leave but my last 2 appointments have been cancelled for the same reason and now he is away for 2 months I was advised?
This dental practice will lose many people to the attitude of the staff on reception who if they don’t like you will be so difficult and obnoxious and rude
Hope this review helps others to stay away
So now I get the generic reply everyone who isn’t happy with them gets. I have already done a complaints as per the above over 18 months ago with no response from you so why would this be different now.

It took a few weeks to find the offending tooth as there were x2 teeth adjacent to each other which we had to watch & wait.
In the end the tooth needed to be extracted. My dentist went through the actual procedure & the after care

Might as well not have a dentist
They have cancelled mine and my two children's dental appointments in Hunslet repeated times. They said it was because a dentist was on leave or leaving - various excuses and now I had appointments with an alternative dentist it has happened again. My eldest is meant to have a review for braces and it hasn't happened. I wouldn't even give them one star because if you can't get an appointment they might as well not exist. Extremely bad service. If you are not going to take NHS appointments then you should be up front and tell your NHS patients so that they can find alternative provision. Disgusting.

it’s amazing!
I haven’t been to the dentist in around 10 years and had a fear of it, but these dentists have reassured me so much that it’ll be ok. When it came to me stopping them because I felt uncomfortable they immediately
Listened to me and allowed me to get ready and comfortable again before continuing the treatment. The receptionists as well are so kind! Overall this practice is so lovely!

I had a very wobbly tooth extracted by Ayron and it was virtually painless. Within two hours the numbing had worn off, no bleeding or discomfort. Highly recommend.
