After registering with Rodericks dental…
After registering with Rodericks dental Ilkley as an nhs patient and a long wait of 6 months for an available appointment during which I experienced problems with a very painful tooth. I rang to ask if my appointment could be brought forward 4 weeks before the due date, I was told that this wasn’t possible because I was an nhs patient! Subsequently I had to go somewhere else. I rang to cancel my long awaited appointment and explained why I was now registered elsewhere, no apology or explanation, they just put the phone down.
