I ordered car parts from Rolan.com.au that were advertised as compatible with my vehicle. The parts supplied were incorrect and do not fit.

I contacted Rolan promptly to arrange a return and refund, but they refused to accept the return despite the error being on their side. I provided details showing the parts were unsuitable, yet no resolution was offered.

Supplying incorrect parts and then refusing to accept a return or provide a refund is very poor customer service. I would strongly recommend confirming fitment and return policies before purchasing, as my experience was costly and disappointing.

sorry , not only has it been less than 24 hrs since i have revived your product , it has yet to be installed,
how can i review? ohh wait i can review the fact that someone in a warehouse somewhere picked a box, put it in another box, with a automatically printed label and then sent it to be posted, i never got to speak to anyone, or ask questions , pull on experience etc , oh this was a gift for a mate who has been helping me out! not even for me!

the old days are gone when items could be fixed etc and we as car owners spend time replacing plastic parts that were never meant to be fixed easy to manufacture even though some of the parts were wrong we got there with your help and the hydraulic guys in my suburb.

I ordered online from Melbourne Tuesday evening and my items arrived on Thursday which was super fast. This was my first order from Rolan and I'm very happy and would buy from them again.

I placed an order with Rolan Australia around July for a pair of DBA brake rotors that were heavily discounted. I completed the checkout, paid including shipping, and received an official order confirmation.

The next day, I was told the order was cancelled due to a pricing error. While I understand these things can happen, what followed felt very poorly handled. The product was suddenly marked “out of stock,” and a 10% discount code was offered — but it didn’t work. I tried contacting them four times — three via email and once via their website — with no response at first.

Eventually, they replied with a 15% discount, but by that point I had already been forced to buy the item elsewhere due to urgency. To make things more confusing, the same product was soon relisted at full price on both their website and eBay, contradicting the earlier “out of stock” excuse.

I even filed a complaint with NSW Fair Trading, but since I had been refunded and offered a discount, they didn’t pursue it further — which is frustrating, because it still felt like selective order cancellation rather than a genuine error.

I’m not writing this review to demand the original price be honoured — just to share my experience and how disappointed I was with the way it was handled. I hope Rolan Australia improves their transparency, communication, and customer service in the future.

Rolan had the product i needed that many didn't. And was on time earlier.
