1ST CLASS SERVICE! Can't thank Terri enough for helping to identify a part I required and then ordering it on my behalf.

iOrdered through Rubber Duck Bathrooms, but my problem 100% sits with Roman, for their appalling quality control.

I was originally a shower door originally and turned out the glass panel was faulty (placed in the wrong part of the frame in manufacturing).

Then said they would get a new item out urgently given it was their mistake. Over 2 weeks this took!

On receiving the new door, it turns out we're now missing parts. Albeit a very small part (the wheels for the door).

I will have had to pay for our fitter 3 additional times!
- Once to unfit the original frame after finding the faulty door
- The 2nd time to fit the new door
- The 3rd time to fit once we have the 1 missing part
Just the additional cost of labour has cost more than the door itself!

Roman may suggest that we should check for missing parts. However:
- For the 1st item; all parts were in the box. I could not be expected to realise (as a non-fitter) the glass had been fitted in the frame incorrectly during manufacturing.
- For the 2nd item; all smaller parts are contained within one bag. Just a single wheel was missing. I don't think it's reasonable to have to check for each and every accessory part (we actually had 1 of 2 of the parts).

Save yourself the stress and money and order elsewhere.

"True life time" guarantee for acrylic covered stone shower tray is anything but. Id expect it to last considerable amount longer than 5 years but it cracked and when I asked its a one year guarantee was told get a plastic surgeon and nothing else but. joke company. go elsewhere where they honour the guarantee

Needed their help with a corner shower enclosure. The extent of information and assistance in resolving my problem was a breath of fresh air when compared to the slap happy attitude you get from some companies. Could not praise them enough.
