Worst company
This is the worst company and if I could have given minus 5 I would have. I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine and was told I could return it in 30 days. After the first time using it I knew it was garbage and i called to say i wanted to return it but they said I could not return it as I'd used it once. How would I know I could not do that if they never told me that, even after purchasing the extended warranty. How would I know it was crap if I never used it.
Bad online purchase experience
I purchased an item online which was guaranteed to ship on a specific date. 10 days later the item still hadn’t shipped and nobody could tell me why. Very poor service and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing online from Rona.

Aposted delivery date means nothing to them
Purchased a refrigerator online thru Rona as they clearly stated that the unit would be delivered on May 29, approximately one week from date of order. When May 28 came with no call, I contacted them. The service agent made it clear that delivery dates listed online were completely useless and would not be honoured. In addition, they could not even begin to tell me for at least another week as to when the unit could possibly be delivered. I ordered from them specifically due to the misleading, deceitful and willfully useless delivery date because I really needed this refrigerator quickly. All they offered was to cancel the order. Well, with liars like that, how could I not cancel the order. Absolutely no trust in a company that would so blatantly lie on its website.
AWFUL experience
AWFUL experience. I bought an item online, but found a better deal somewhere else and cancelled the order 20 minutes later after I ordered it. I spoke with a representative when I canceled they assured me it would be canceled. Two days later I receive notice the item is going to be shipped soon. I had to call back two more times to see that it would be canceled before it ships. They said that the supplier is not answering them. The item shipped. I returned the item. It took me another 6 times to speak with different representatives to get my money back. They said they would give me a discount for my troubles, which I did receive. Only to learn that the discount CAME OUT of the MONEY I paid for the item. NO DISCOUNT. I received my refund a month and four days later.

We ordered a Arrow Steel shed 14x12 online and weren't told it had to come from Calgary. The new carrier and no proper update tracking like Canada post has. No idea when it was coming. Further more, 2 parts were missing. After they got their money they wanted us to jump through more hoops and just give us a hard time to prove they were missing. Lesson is always research before you buy anything online. Never encountered such terrible service from Rona plus who owns Lowes. 0000 stars.. not even 1 deserved.
Disorganized and aggravating
Dealing with RONA was a real mess. A quick list of the issues I dealt with:
• A website that does a poor job of differentiating between the RONA and RONA+ stores that are blocks away from each other in my city.
• Items that were inexplicably cancelled.
• Items that didn't show up on the delivery truck (even after speaking with the store directly to ensure that they would not be missed).
• Customer service employees that couldn't/wouldn't process my returns because they didn't know how.
• Having to go to the store on three separate occasions to sort out an online delivery order.
Without a shred of hyperbole, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a retailer in my life. I'll certainly not be dealing with RONA in any capacity in the future.

Au final. Mauvaise expérience. Très déçus. Nous avons qd même fait un achat de plus de trois mille dollars .

Mauvais renseignements et indifférence du chef caissier
J'ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle du Rona Anjou le 18/04/24 entre 16H et 17H pour s'avoir étant affilié avec Reno dépôt si il s'appliquerait le même rabais c'est à dire le sans taxes du 18 au 21 Avril 2024 .
La préposé à répondu mais certainement sans problème . Donc étant le Rona D'anjou le plus près de chez moi avec de l'inventaire en stock du produit dont j'avais besoin, je me suis empressé d'y aller vers 18:30 j'ai trouvé ce que j'avais besoin mais en passant à la caisse libre service j'ai remarqué que les taxes n'étaient pas réduit il y avait le chef caissier en expliquant.le problème et ce que le service à la. Clientèle m'avais répondu il a répondu ne pas être au courant il a fait un téléphone sûrement à son supérieur et m'a répondu que non il faudrait que je paye les taxes et qu'il respecterait pas le sans taxes à partir de ce moment je lui ai dit qu'on devrait donné les bonnes informations en partant en plus que je partait de Terre bonne que c'était le seul magasin des alentours qui avait de l'inventaire du produit il est rester indifférent sans aucun regard n'a même pas offert une compensation le plus frustrant c'est que je j'ai été extrêmement poli avec lui mais on aurait dit que je parlait tout seul et il s'en est fouttu carrément. Après cette expérience vécu je ne crois pas que je vais retourné de si tôt au magasin Rona Anjou.
Ainsi que plusieurs de mes connaissances très décevant d'un tel service et ce du début à la fin.

just try to find 2x4s even. The search quary needs to be expanded to accept multiple different words that help find same product. Studs. Framing. Lumber. 2x4s, etc should all point to 2x4s or atleast framing lumber.
. I look for 2x4s. It knows it is framing. But yet zero results? That is just one example.

The laziest and worst customer service form Nima
I went to the store in Crowfoot Calgary to make a payment for the cabinets I would like to order, which I and Judy in Sunridge store worked out already. However the guy named Nima over there did not want to help me. He asked me why you can not go back to Sunridge store to do it (which would take me 40 min to an hour)? You were there, did not you? I told him I live around here and would like to make the payment here. He said it would take him the whole day to do the drawing which I had the print of the drawing and dimensions already. It only took the Judy 30 min to work out with me. I do not understand why he has to use the whole day to do it with all the data and drawing already. We were there before 5pm 15th April. He still has 2 hour to go but he refused to help us.
Unreliable Online Info
I found an item I wanted to purchase on Rona's website. The item was on clearance, and there was only 1 left in stock at my local store (London NW). Went to store, wasted 20 mins trying to locate item. Went to customer service who looked up the item on Rona's IT system and was informed that they have zero available, it will not be coming back in stock, and the last time the item was updated in their system was 2023!!!!! Hello Rona it's April 2024! You wasted my time and gas, your website is completely unreliable and cannot be trusted, Rona website still allows me to buy the item online for pickup!!!! Now I know the difference between Rona and Rona+, the + means extra disappointment and inaccurate info. Hello Home Depot.
Rona I will never shop here again
Rona I will never shop here again. Purchased a Gazeebo on line on March.30.24 and on line the delivery date is April 4th. The order kept getting delayed by a day with no phone call or email explaining why. Called customer service 1st time and they said there is nothing they can do they blamed it on the shipping company. Called 4 x and finally got a hold of a supervisor named Kawther on April 9th. She said that she will give me a credit off my purchase of 10% and guarantee the delivery April 11 by calling the shipping company. Again no delivery and no call from anyone letting us know its delayed. Called back the Supervisor on April 11th Kawther and she said she will get to the bottom of it and give me a call back. Shipping company called and said they got the wrong number on file and was just informed by the supervisor that we didnt get a call or email on the delivery date. I didnt get a call back from supervisor as she promised. No shipment yet. Scheduled for tomorrow April 13th now. I wont believe it until i see it. Bad customer service all around. Shipping company never apologized for the delay and no reason why.
Rona.ca Locker System is Okay
I've order a few times on Rona.ca, and even after they've taken over some of the Lowes locations. Sometimes, it is pain having to wait for our items at the store, while they figure out where the items are. For the most part, I use the online site for smaller items that I can pickup from the Rona Locker. It's much quicker and I get an email once the items are ready

Rona Online sucks
Online sucks. Ordered 3 lights and one comes in pieces lacking hardware. Their ‘customer relations’ solution ? Drive it back to a physical store, wait 5 or 6 days for a return approval (if it ever happens), then roll the dice and order another one. What a joke.
Ship me a complete light and I’ll send this one back. I trusted you with my order and now you jerk your customers around. Amazon will eat your lunch and deservedly so….. never again.

On February 26, 2024, I ordered a $1999.00 (without taxes) Blackstone cooktop . This article is exclusively available online on Rona’s website. The article was to be shipped between February 26 and March 5, 2024. It is March 12, 2024 and I have not received my order. Yet my credit card was charged for the full amount of the purchase including taxes. I called customer service 3 times. Each time they tell me that they will check what is happening with my order and that they will call me back. I had no call back. Very bad experience. Unreliable customer service. Online purchases with Rona are to be avoided because you risk never receiving your order. And I don’t know if I can get my money back.
Le 26 février 2024, j'ai commandé une plaque de cuisson Blackstone d'une valeur de 1999,00$ avant taxes. C'est un article exclusivement disponible en ligne sur le site web de Rona. L'article devait être expédié entre le 26 février et le 5 mars 2024. Nous sommes le 12 mars 2024 et je n'ai pas reçu ma commande. Pourtant, ma carte de crédit a été débité pour le montant total de l'achat incluant les taxes. J'ai téléphoné 3 fois au service à la clientèle. À chaque fois on me dit qu'on va vérifier ce qui se passe avec ma commande et qu'on va me téléphoner pour m'en informer. Je n'ai eu aucun retour d'appel. Très mauvaise expérience. Service à la clientèle peu fiable. Les achats en ligne avec Rona sont à proscrire car vous risquer de ne jamais recevoir votre commande. Et je ne sais pas si je vais pouvoir récupérer mon argent .

Depuis l’acquisition par Lowe’s USA et surtout la pandémie, les prix ne cessent d’augmenter au point ou par comparaison avec Canac ou Home Dépôt, l’écart est la plupart du temps de plus de 50%.Les employer semble indifférent et ils y a j'amais personne pour nous aider. Le Rona au 10-30 , la cour a bois est plus souvent fermer que ouverte due au manque de caissier, caissière ... J'ai un bon volume d'achat avec plusieurs employer sous ma charge. Dommage car autrefois c'etait une si belle bannière , mais pour moi , c'est rendue que un dépanneur, les Home Depot sont beaucoup plus a l'ecoute des clients et offre un service a quoi on devrait s'attendre comme pro.
