Called me "on behalf of a big 4 consulting firm" wanting me to complete a detailed brand awareness survey. Unfortunately, they place zero value on my time and couldn't afford to pay me anything for helping them out. I found this extremely offensive.

I was interviewed by this agency, and was able to chose the charity to which a donation could go to. This is a real satisfaction!

I was contacted for a paid survey. Even though I completed the survey, and they sent an email that your reponses have been valiated/accepted, they still dint pay. I did contact a few times by email & phone but there has been no satisfactory answer. Clearly a scam !!

Despite the challenges I experienced with my PayPal account, the RONIN Team went above and beyond to ensure I received my payment. Although the process took some time, I am grateful that it was successfully completed. Thank you, Team, for your support and dedication!

I completed a survey Whose reference no is Ref: 8534*/48209* and I received an email regarding the reward. I received it on 5th Jan 2026 but as soon as I withdrew the reward, I received another email on 9th Jan 2026 which said that your reward has been cancelled.
What a useless thing this is, if the quality check is passed once then how can it fail again, these people do not want to pay at all, do not use Ronin studies, it will only give you stress, you will not get any money.

I participated in a CFO study. Initially, I had a good impression of the company and people involved. Everything was handled quite professionally, however, when payment had to be executed, the company went quiet. 3 months after the survey, and I still haven’t been paid…

Money was eventually received after some delay.

I ordered their earbuds costing 6k, yet its mic quality is worst and before purchase I asked them if It connects to mac they said yes but when I connect to macbook it keeps disconnecting after every few seconds, I reported them they said said earbuds is defective and said they will pickup, I had to chase them and their different customer support agents for 2 months, after 2 months my product was claimed and returned after 2 weeks saying they have fixed mic as well as the battery, I didn't knew the battery was defective too though, anyways the mic was still same and was still disconnecting from mac, so I could only use it for music but after 2 months the right earbud battery dont even last 1 hour now, So please dont waste your time and money on this scam so called brand,also when I gave them 1 star review in their website they removed it and when I shared my feedback in their insta they removed it as well from there hence people has no way of sharing the scam they are doing

Its the whole process , right from approaching me, scheduling and experience of consultation , all members were cooperative and even the payment part was taken up very professionally.

Very professional and reputable market research firm. And they delivered on their promise.

I won on Ronan slots and had the maximum amount of $30 that I could withdraw from the free play that they gave me and after going through the identity verification on their website that wasn't good enough and I had to submit the documents again by email. After several attempts finally I got the documents in a size that their email would accept only to be told that now I have to deposit money to get the money that they gave me. I'm broken homeless and long story short they refuse to pay out the money I won

Achtung, das Unternehmen gibt sich einen sehr seriösen Anschein. - Leider ist es damit nicht weit her: Hier werden Versprechungen gemacht, die nicht gehalten werden. - Ich wurde zu einem Gespräch eingeladen, bei dem ich eine Aufwandsentschädigung in knapp dreistelliger EUR-Höhe bekommen sollte. Das Gespräch via Microsoft Teams war soweit auch seriös und interessant. Die versprochene Aufwandsentschädigung ist aber nur ein Lockmittel, diese habe ich nie erhalten. Heute dann ein weiterer Anruf bei dem mir wieder eine Aufwandsentschädigung (aber deutlich niedriger) für eine kurze Befragung ausgezahlt werden sollte. Angeblich per Paypal oder Amazon Gutschein. Der Befrager insistierte, dass es natürlich zu einer Auszahlung kommen würde und die Firma hochseriös wäre. Leider kann ich dies aus der Erfahrung heraus nicht bestätigen. Das zweite Interview habe ich dann natürlich abgebrochen.

Auf Nachfrage hat sich das Unternehmen gemeldet. - Ich ändere meine Bewertung von einem auf zwei Sterne und warte mal ab, ob sich etwas tun wird:

Das Interview war sehr spannend und kurzweilig. Die Dame war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Insgesamt war dies ein sehr gutes Gespräch. Die Vergütung erfolgte nach wenigen Wochen Ich kann daher Ronin bedingungslos weiterempfehlen
