Really poor experience and customer service from this company. Read other reviews before purchasing. My order was delivered to the wrong address. Communication has been incredibly poor and only managed to get a refund by going through PayPal, three weeks later. Do not recommend.

Great customer service and care.

Late delivery and splittet in 3 parts, so delayed project. Also wrong clips sent and scratched gutters. Cannot contact them as they don't have phone numbers, only by email, so they reply to you whenever they want and if they want. Disappointed, and regret to have chose them.

Not had delivery of goods in the time frame they say and very little contact from them, it been over 15 day since i placed the order and still they have not sent goods. the date i was given for delivery been and gone and still no goods and no contact from them even after sending emails.

easy process from start to finish and even the delivery was earlier than expected. good quality wrapping made sure that all goods arrived undamaged

Easy to order exactly what I needed even though I wasn’t sure what I needed! Helpful staff to answer my uninformed questions and useful advice on correct fitting.

Delivery was due to arrive 24th-31st July. It didn’t arrive. We received no updates and had to call them to be told that delivery would now be 4th August and we’d be called 30 minutes in advance.

4th August - no call in advance and only half of our items were delivered. Driver told us that the rest would arrive tomorrow. No central communication again.

5th August - no delivery, no communication again.

6th August - remaining items arrived, but no call in advance.

So had to arrange to work from home for 3 days to cover delivery of one order.

Products largely appear to be good quality, however there are some coping stones with corners chipped off. Looks like it was due to the pallet it was stacked on not being sufficiently strong enough and collapsing. Both delivery drivers were helpful and did a good job.

I would recommend this company the product good with no problems at all.

They still have not delivered any of my order except one roll of tape
they are impossible to reach and their response time is a failure

Outcome ; so although order was explained to come in 1 order, with an itemised list only one item arrived, with full song and dance signing, and the rest of the order eventually came 24 hours later and was secretly just dropped in driveway, no announcement, so a mistake was made, and nobody communicated, explained or made it clear, pure under communicastion, whoops?!

Good quality, although had to wait a while, delivery driver very friendly and helpful .

Unfortunately qauntity of roofing sheets arrived 9 short and also they delivered 2 other different sheets that I didn't even order , I did contact yourselves to rectify which did happen but I had to collect the outstanding sheets myself ,also I had to pay a tradesman for a wasted day because of the mix up at your end , I did ask if I could claim some money back for the tradesman but I haven't heard anything back yet which is very disappointing ,hopefully you could rectify this , regards Neil

Product arrived and was damaged at the ends.. I took photos and sent them off. I was asked what is like to do about the damaged pieces and asked for them to be replaced.. and nothing since.. this was around 6 weeks ago..
Very poor customer service indeed..

Website is good, works out what you need. Sent me the wrong order number, only realised when rang re delivery and was told my order had been cancelled. The time from ordering to delivery was longer than l thought it would be. Delivery driver was excellent, polite and helpful.

Delivery was on time with plenty notice for arrival time. The shingles are superb and were easy to fit.

Faultlessly from start to finish.
Kept informed with updates on dispatch
Would definitely recommend and use again

Excellent service, good products, nice web page which helps on projects and materials needed. Great job.
Although the delivery service they use is beyond awful. Damaged 3 roof bars, very late. Phoned by 3 separate people, when order was "delayed" all told me a different excuse. One was talking so much nonsense I had to ask him to stop talking. Not the first time either, previous order was also delayed, good online shop, poor delivery service.
