I recently used the Honey Rain Juice detangler and leave in conditioner on my daughter’s hair, which had become quite matted. With the help of my son, we used the spray and gently finger-detangled the knots — and it worked like magic!
Her hair looks absolutely amazing now and best of all, she no longer gets upset when it’s time to do her hair. That’s a huge win for us.
I’ve since ordered more products and I’m so excited to try them out. Thank you again for creating such an effective and gentle solution — it's truly made a difference in our routine!

Amazing product - it’s made such a difference to my daughter’s hair after just the first use! I love that it’s all natural too as my child is only 2 and suffers from eczema. Customer service is also top notch - I sent photo’s of her hair and was given advice on the best product combination for her.

Good products

I don't even know where to start with this review.
I like some of root2tip's products. And have referred people to them in the past.
The issue I've got today has been left unresolved by the company since my first email to them on 30th January 25. I don't receive emails from them unless I email and ask where my order is. Each time they reply, they send 'apologies and your order will be sent out Monday/tomorrow... Etc'

This as I said before has been going on since 30th January. It's unacceptable.

I ordered the 250ml protein treatment, but was sent two 100ml pouches. I asked for money off, but the company said they'd send another pouch. And as of today 3rd April, still nothing.
In the last email received on 13th March I was told it'd be sent out on Monday. 🤷🏾‍♀️

"Hi Samantha,

You have actually received the full 250 ml. The pouches are filled to 130ml each. I apologise you have not yet received the extra pouch however we have only just received stock.
This will ship on Monday.

Have you used the product?

The pouch states 100ml but is always overfilled. You are not to know that.

Also apologise for the lack of communication. We have had an issue with our couriers and it has taken all of our time.

So, while I don't like to leave one star reviews on black owned businesses, customer service is key.
If they had put in the package an apology for not sending what I'd ordered, but here's a 20% off your next order. There would have
been No complaints from me.
Maybe the fault of the Packers? - who knows.
I won't be purchasing from here again, and it's a shame. It's been almost 3 months with no resolution.

This company knows what they are doing when it comes to black hair! I have sensitive skin and dry/itchy scalp issues and couldn't find the right moisturiser that just worked for me. I found root2tip through extensive research and reached out to them to see if it would really help. I was recommended the scalp serum product by them and so-far so-good, haven't had any issues since! Fast delivery and great in-depth information on products and how to treat your hair from the company themselves. Would definitely recommend. Thank you root2tip!

The product's are great, easy to use and the creme smells lovely.

Product quality and size Hair Shake conditioner reduced to sample size....
I ordered the hair shake and the product and quality has changed. The cost is too high for a sample size of the conditioner when I ordered before the container was 4 times thts size....ridiculous..will never order again...also not as thick..For reference the size was 4 to 5 times bigger...and now the price is higher for a sample size...RIPOFF. In addition I tried 3 times to post this review on the compamy website ....each time the review disappeared...not there as of now🤔

I tried out some products for my 10 year old daughter who is mix race and she really liked them so I have recently done another order to re buy the Honey rain detangling spray and try out some new products too.

Fast delivery and the quench thirst anti breakage crème is no longer thin and back to the original thick formula. Very happy to see the positive changes.

The delivery was super fast. I love these products. I would be lost without them. They have been a game changer for our child's hair.

I ordered the Back2School Afro-Curly Kids Moisture System for my daughters hair. The products from root2tip are fantastic for her hair, they really make a difference to how good it looks but also the ease of styling. I really appreciate the advice that comes with the products, as I had no experience of kinky/coily hair before my daughter was born. I highly recommend these products, especially the honey rain juice!

So far, i very happy with the products from Root 2 Tip. Mine and my children's hair have thrived. I didn't really have issues with the condition of our hair, however I'm happy that the products are vegan friendly, catered for natural hair with no harsh chemicals and we had some more hair growth which is a bonus!
I'm very glad I came across this company as I was really concerned with what ingredients were in these shop bought brand name products. I will definitely continue purchasing from Root 2 Tip!
