Complete rip off! Dress nothing like the photo, terrible cheap material, delivery took over a month, they pretend to be an Australian company but when trying to return the worst dress I have ever purchased, it is nearly impossible as they are in China.... Fake advertising - they should not be able to get away with this in Australia. Do not go near them.

Bought the Izzi dress, the worst excuse for a beautiful tummy covering dress I have ever seen, nothing like photo of said dress on website. Company claims to be Australian, very doubtful.
My advice do not buy from this site, it will be a costly mistake and very disappointing

SCAM The shirts are not even close to being true to size and are made of nasty non- breathable fabric. Absolutely horrible. Kicking myself for being scammed. The product shown on line is nothing like the product I got. It is cheap shit sent from China, not from Australia as they falsely present themselves.
If you have paid through PayPal use PayPal to persevere in getting a refund. Rosebay outlet will use every trick in the book to keep your money. I just kept rejecting their ridiculous offers, kept PayPal informed of the direct contact they kept making with me when they are not supposed to after a PayPal case is opened, until eventually they dug themselves in a hole with their BS.

Their website boasts, “hassle free returns- money back guarantee” and that is an outright lie.

This company is not Australian shipped from China. I am so disappointed in the quality of the Izzy dress cheap material and style nothing like the photo of dress on FB. Can’t be worn! Rubbish don’t buy from them!!

i was so looking forward to this dress arriving, and it is absolutely horrible!!! contact the company, that i thought was in Australia due to the website have .au and stating NSW Australia! No from China, return policy Ha Ha offering me 20% refund! How do they sleep at night ripping people off all over the world.
Angry at myself for donating my hard-earned money to these scammers.

The product is really bad quality and weird sizing and took ages to arrive. The fabric is awful and nothing like the photo on the website. Do not waste your money!!!

Looks like Australian website, but from China. WARNING, steer clear. My dress looked long & very dressy in the pictures but arrived looking like a half mast beach dress. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

As previous reviews have said, stay clear of this company. Despite looking legitimate & that the clothing looks good when you look up Rose Bay Outlet, in reality it’s terrible. My dress arrived today and it was horrible. Not the green that was depicted, material that should only used for dolls clothes, poorly made & the sizing, despite using the measurements they gave, was not correct. A complete waste of money!

Wish there was No Stars whatever you do !! dont purchase from this company . Nothing like pic and poorly made . Its a shame i am unable to add pic of dress i got . Absolute joke and now have to send back to China at my own expense

I thought stupidly that the price should dictate quality, not the case! $70 Aus got a piece of garbage! I thought this was an Australian company but since realise it’s a cheap and nasty from China. It would be like wearing a plastic bag. Can’t be bothered with the aggravation of returning it! Hard lesson learned.

2hours after I ordered 2 dresses,I cancelled the order and was told I could'nt as it had already been dispatched.
A lie.I realised I was had and that this company was not based in Australia but China.
Today they arrived.Hideous,poor quality and mostly polyester not cotton fabric.I cancelled my Mastercard with my bank with fear of being scammed the day I placed the order.
Be warned please.

If I could leave less than that I would! I can only blame myself for not looking company up first. I was suckered in thinking I was getting a quality local product .. $60 out of pocket For an absolute oil rag. Can’t even donate it. It’s the most cheapest and nastiest bit of material! Poor quality, bad sizing and returns policy leaves a lot to be desired. Do not buy from them

Ordered two tops which arrived today (4wks)Very disappointed as the tops were not as shown in photograph.Very poor quality, thin coarse material and badly made.Certainly not a floaty soft linen top worth $60.
Usually size 14 but ordered 16 Large
Still quite tight not at all comfortable.
I have emailed the Company re.returns.
Since reading other reviews I’m not at all confident

Not even 1 star what an awful horrible cheap nasty material dress nothing like picture and $80!!!!

The dress I bought firstly took a long time to arrive and when it finally did, it dies not sit right under around the waist like the image shown on the website. Poorly made and a waist of money.

Navy topi bought for $59 arrived today and unfortunately it is my bad for not reading the reviews about this company. I could have bought a $5 top from K Mart of better fit and quality. Ordered a medium and I think it is more like an extra small in size. How can these shoddy companies live with themselves. Will never ever recommend them or buy from them again. Not worth the complicated effort of returning it so will go to the Op Shop where they will be lucky to get a dollar for it. Very _____unsatisfied customer.

I ordered what I thought was a rust read banks and top that looked like linen , what I got was a watermelon bright orange and material was cheap and thin and also see through , after requesting multiple refunds and address to send back to all I manage to get was to keep the item , 30% refund so I took it even though I have to give to an op shop as it’s no good for me to keep . I will never order from this fake website again that is in China not Australia .

Purchased Izzy dress - received today after waiting three weeks. It is waisted which doesn’t show in photo. Sophisticated and elegant - I don’t think so. Very poorly made out of cheap synthetic fabric when it is described as made out of premium cotton. Very disappointing. Lesson learnt.
