I ordered the IZZI dress , size Small in blue and white. When delivered it did not resemble the image advertised in regards to its shape nor colour , the neckline was extremely ill fitting ( uneven all the way around, not sitting properly even remotely), the colours in reality were also markedly different from the image portrayed and the fabric was extremely poor/cheap synthetic.
I sent an email asking for a refund and returns address ( I offered at my expense) . They responded quickly by offering me a 15% refund /an exchange or credit & for me to keep the original item. I responded saying that I do not wish to keep the item , again reiterated that I’d return the item at my expense and would prefer a refund. Next email offered me a 20% refund. Again I declined and repeated what I asked for. Then followed another email from them offering a 30% refund & keep the item.
My last email stated explicitly that I DO NOT wish to keep it and so want a full refund or I will post on social media. After this email from me Rose Bay Outlet have not responded.
My advice is to avoid this company ( merchandise comes from Guangdong, China) as they do not deliver what they advertise. Not reputable!

I can't give less than one star and I'd like to. Product didn't even arrive, despite multiple emails, email response was rude. They keep advertising and tell me "oh, we are backlogged." I was told I would have my order by Christmas - didn't happen. I researched the company and they use terms and conditions from Netherlands!!!!! Say good bye to your money. YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR PRODUCT AND YOU CAN'T CAN'T REPORT THE COMPANY UNDER ACCC - BECAUSE THEY OPERATE UNDER NETHERLANDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I will be ensuring that facebook at least can't advertise for them.

I ordered a beautiful floral blouse and it was such an amazing piece. I am very happy with it and have now found my new go to company for floral blouses!
Shipping time was okay too!

Items ordered 1/12/24 with delivery stated as being sent on 2/12/24. When not received by 12/12/24 I submitted a query. The reply I received was - I am so sorry for the delay! We have had a series of unfortunate back log delays in the warehouse. We are doing everything we can to hurry the process. Your order is in transit and hopefully will be delivered next week. Thank you for your patience. I am not optimistic about the result.

Buyer beware! The shoes are cheap ripoffs of a Converse design. They are NOT the shoes in the photos. This is one of the scam outlets that were on the news the other day - they pretend to be based in Australia but are in China. Complete scam.

This company is not in Australia at all and their advertising is totally misleading, I tried to find reviews before I purchased but was unable to find any, but they are the same outfit as Byron Bay Boutique, Port Douglas Boutique and many others etc etc, and free postage in Australia so you naturally assume the goods are coming from here. My order is still in Yanwen in China and not even picked up for delivery yet so I cancelled it but of course they say its transit, I then asked what their address is in Sydney so I can return the goods there but they refuse to answer. I am in contact with Paypal to warn them of their dodgy practices and have also reported them to Facebook and the Ombudsman. Today is 2nd January and I have just received my order, Nothing like the photos, materials are cheap and synthetic, quality is appalling, they offered me a 20% refund but I am hoping that now Paypal are involved they will sort it out and I will get a full refund. They must be inundated with complaints.

What was received didn't look like what was advertised. They also say hassle free returns and 90 day money back guarantee but when you try to return they tell you that you need to ship it back to China and pay for it but this also needs to be done in 14 days of receipt. Not sure how that is hassle free or 90 day money back guarantee. They also aren't based in Rose Bay and don't serve the community. The ABN on their website is for Lashxtra which is based in Caddens, nowhere near Rose Bay. They are extremely difficult to deal with and the information on their website is not only contradictory but also misleading. Buyer beware that's for sure.
