Professional service from ordering to speedy delivery. Item was exactly what I was looking for, a gift going abroad with a Scottish flavour.

The company sent me the wrong item,this item with shipping cost me £29.67 (£6.21)shipping that I payed to arrive before Christmas, it arrived after, i contacted them and they only offered me 10% refund excluding shipping I asked them to exchange the item for the one I had ordered they offered me 50 % off we got to 70% and they wouldn't go any further so I have ended up paying £13 for something I don't want , and later finding that the very same item is for sale on a well known site for £6.50 with free shipping , do not buy from this company.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars but there is no option for it. I placed an order and selected express shipping expecting the item to show up 2-5 working days which it stated. That never happened and when it said it was delivered it was no where to be seen. I spoke with my neighbours and everyone up and down the street it was never there. I then contacted the company for a refund and it went back and forth over 5 days. They only were going to offer me a refund if I could provide evidence, how am I meant to if I have nothing there. They then only were giving me the option of a 70% refund nothing else. STAY WELL AWAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! SCAMMERS

No communication from seller and no item delivered. Just took my money! I tried reaching them direct but no reply. Thank goodness I paid by PayPal. AVOID!

The earrings were packaged well and the weight of them gave a 'not cheap' feel to them. A good thing. 😊 I liked em....

I paid extra for urgent shipping and they said I would get my item within 2-5days which would have been great if that was the case. Instead it took 11 days to arrive. It arrived well after Christmas and on top of that the sizing is wrong. My daughter wears a ring that is size 7.5 and when this ring finally arrived it doesn’t even fit her. Total cowboy set up and won’t let me return the ring for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
