Beware, this is not a UK/EU store, items are shipped from China and have a very expensive returns conditions attached to them. Plus customised items have an automatic 30% reduction in refund value. I ordered a customised 'embroidered' apron in pink with navy blue writing. I received a Maroon apron with black illegible writing that was printed on, and would likely come off after a couple of washes. So basically I was sent totally the wrong thing which was hideous and unusable. I was offered a 20% refund. After some push back I received a 50% refund. SO was down 50% and without a christmas present to my wife from my daughter. Terrible experience, will never use again.

I ordered an item for Christmas at the beginning of December, it did not arrive. At the end of December I contacted them and asked for a full refund as they are at fault for not sending the item when they said would. They said as it was dispatched I could only have a partial refund. The whole thing is misleading. I cannot get any answers from them only the same automated reply. Buyer beware, another scam.

Great service and updates on items purchased

Lovely personalised necklace. Only down side was the tracking they use. It was very laggy and the item arrived before it was updated. In saying that I'd use them again.

Placed an order on 3/12/25. On the 16th I sent an email chasing my order. 2 days later I received a reply saying sorry and needed a couple more days. 3 days later I chased again, another 2 days went by and I received the exact same email, word for word. I am now trying to cancel the order but being told they charge 30% cancellation fee!! Absolute joke!!

The locket is beautiful the communication was very good I wanted to make sure it was here for Christmas and they replied every time and the delivery came in good time with full tracking details and such a good price the engraving of my dog is so good. I am very happy and would recommend

Easy to order and very quick delivery

Do not order from here - my order came very late - it was a gift that didn’t arrive in time. The quality is very cheap and the prayer mat is not the same as the picture- it’s like a child’s blanket with no tassels. There was no gift box as pictured but a paper box and the other items are not the same as the pictures too. We were mis-sold our items and when emailed - it was ignored. Asked for a refund

Sent a clear picture of my dog for a "real" silver keyring. You can hardly see the engraving on the extremely small keyring. £ 40 plus £ 6.30 for delivery.. seen better keyring out of a Christmas cracker. Can't give this as a gift for my wife. So disappointed...

I ordered a personalised gift on the 3rd December. On the 14th December, it still had not even been sent. When I requested to cancel my order, they said I needed to pay 30% of the cost of the item! The cheek! Terrible service. I needed this for the 19th December which I thought would have been more than enough time for it to arrive. They should know that when you order an item in December, nine times out of ten it will be a Xmas gift!
