They hardly have sizes and i dont like the stitching at all. In this discounted price, i can get 2 dresses with much fine quality than what they are offering. Total waste of money
If I could give this “store” a zero I would. The dress did not look like the one in the picture. The material was practically plastic. To return I have to pay to have it shipped to Asia and a $10 restocking fee. $59 down the drain.
This place is a scam. They say 30 day return but offer you a 20% refund and keep item or a 40% credit for in-store purchase. I have pictures if only I could upload them. The suit i ordered was $200. It showed online a nice deep chocolate color with black collar. What is got was totally cramed in the pack and so wrinkled it looked like paper when you wad it up. It was a light tan kaki color totally different than what photo showed. They gave me run around and would not give me a refund. Just kept giving me offers and no shipping info. They stole money from me and gave me a crappy product. Don't waist your time this is rosewood-Charleston online
I had an issue with a purchase and was promised a 40% refund on April 17, 2026. On May 1, the business confirmed the refund would be issued immediately, but it was never processed. After multiple follow‑ups with no resolution, I had to dispute the charge with American Express, who ultimately credited my account. Sharing this so others are aware of my experience with the refund process.
If a 0 star was offered that would be my rating. When I received my orders I honestly could not believe what was sent. The pictures in the website were not at all what was delivered. The fabric was so flimsy and the style looked like it was patterned after a sack. Customer service was not very responsive until I stated I would be placing a dispute with my credit card. The answer came very quickly with an outrageous refund policy of $50 shipping fee. Then a 60%offer of the purchase was extended.
DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS CHINESE CO. A total SCAM!!!!!!!

Shipping is horrible after 2.5 ) ordered March 4)weeks and no item. They will not allow you to speak with a real person. I have sent several request to tracking and they simply say they apologize by email. I never received my 2 items. Never again.

Sent entirely wrong item and want $20-$40 to return their mistake. Disputing charge. Don't order from them.
AVOID.
This is a scam website. Look closely at the product photos and you can see they've all either been lifted from other websites or are AI generated. Even the images on the landing page are clearly AI. The products shown have no resemblance to the items received (which are of the cheapest, mass produced AliExpress variety) and there is no response to return or refund requests.
Decent quality and fast shipping, but not fully satisfied.

I’m happy with the product and the speed of delivery. The customer service was also helpful. However, I would have liked better tracking updates during the shipping process. Still, I’m satisfied overall.

WARNING! READ THE REVIEWS FOR ROSEWOOD MELBOURNE! This is the same Chinese company trading under a changed name - this time they say they are based in Ohio USA. They offer a 20% refund instead of a return. Nor return process or address given - they tell you that if you do return the item it is at your own cost to china, and it could be held up in customers for weeks - or lost. Its a complete scam. They just keep changing their trading name - but usually conraini g ‘Rosewood’. The reviews here are bogus - all AI generated including the British sounding names!

I received my order, and the product looked great at first. Unfortunately, I noticed some stitching coming undone after a couple of days. I contacted customer service, and they immediately offered either a full replacement or a discount on my next order. I opted for the replacement, and it arrived within a few days. I am happy with how it was resolved.
