The agency is very competent and everyone that dealt with my new rental was very attentive and willing to help always. I have to highlight Freya Watkins as she was answering any emails or phone calls right away and helping me with the full process while getting my rental agreement sorted. Even afterwards once I moved in, she contacted me to make sure I was happy with the property and to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Really appreciate everything that she did for me and thanking too the full team! I would definitely highly recommend them! ☺️

This company is dire to deal with. You can't email them, only phone and live chat at hours that don't suit if you work full time. They are slow to respond on both live chat and for anything sent through outwith hours. The quality of answers to any questions is poor, invoices and continually wrong. I am exhausted having to help my Mum deal with all of this. Really poor experience.

Their response on here is nothing other than just another false promise. They have had countless opportunities to address some very serious issues in relation to maintenance, billing discrepencies and a complete lack of responsibility as our factor.

Ross + Liddell WORSE SERVICES EVER . exhausting back and forth yet no resolution or they come back with excuses. They charge ridiculous fees in maintenance and hold homeowners payable even when home owners never accepted or received information they claim to have sent out.
I would think a company offering these services will go above and beyond to be sure their customers (home owners) are happy with their services and prices. I doubt they even try to get the best quotes out there.
Ridiculous invoice system to confuse home owners to just keep pay and not bother. Charged paper fees because they sent bills by post, they claimed they sent information out to customers which I NEVER RECEIVED but still they insist nothing can be done. Can you proof I got it ? No we sent it out. Spent almost an hour on phone and several emails yet nothing was resolved.
Tell me why one needs to pay twice for ground maintenance in same estate, your email said the general estate maintenance and the other charge is for where I live?? I live in a close and we do our grass and everything ourselves so am confused.
Why am I paying twice for a play park inspection and their response is because I live near a park I pay and then I pay for the other park in that isn’t close to me too ? How does this make sense ?
If you are confident about your services open a channel of communication with the estates you currently serve and ask if people are satisfied.

Nicole from Client Support at Ross and Liddell replied to my concerns about the general cleanliness of the common stairwell after I pointed out that the job wasn't being carried out to the best of the contract cleaners ability and in my, and all other residents opinion, could be done much better. Nicole understood my concerns and explained that she would pass this information on to the cleaners, and assured me that a thorough clean would be carried out next time the cleaning is due, which is every Monday. I am very satisfied with the help and attention I received and the prompt reply, and will pass the satisfactory outcome to the other residents in this building. Thank you. S. Bett

The lettings team at Ross & Liddell in Byers Road are so friendly and approachable. We hadn’t rented in about 40 years so everything was very new to us and they led us through the process very well.
