I purchased my Rotospa several years ago and recently experienced some technical difficulties (which turned out to be due to the power source rather than the spa itself). Customer services were great at talking through possible causes and solutions and helping to arrange an engineering visit.

Absolutely love my job Duospa. Nas was so helpful. Gates needed to be taken off to get it in but nothing was too much trouble. The installation was perfect. All the information I needed was told to me and the information was also printed. Absolutely a five star experience.

The service from sale to delivery was fantastic. Very pleasant and informative throughout. The delivery and set up was also great with training given very competently. Very happy

We had our Orbis delivered and set up today by Luke. He is a credit to yourselves. He answered all of our questions and nothing was too much trouble. We are really looking forward to having our first dip once the chemicals are all good.

The delivery/installation completed by Andy was excellent. Andy was also very helpful as to assist moving garden furniture for customer.

We are absolutely over the moon with our Rotospa DuraSpa S380. Excellent service start to finish. Karl advised us the best model to suit our needs, and top notch delivery, install and user guidance from Arlind. Great build quality, comfortable, easy to operate and 6 weeks of use, not too expensive to run. We upgraded from a lazyspa for health reasons, my wife suffers with a chronic back condition and I have aches & pains of a 50 year old, we are both feeling huge benefits, with the powerful massage jets. And it’s just so relaxing after a busy day. Can’t recommend the Rotospa team enough 😎

Luke was very knowledgeable,punctual and very helpful (up the villa 😎)

Rotospa have been a great company to deal with and the product is first class. We bought 3 hot tubs for our glamping site. They are a great design and have performed with no problems at all - just what is required for a busy holiday accommodation environment. Their customer support team are also very helpful and supportive with any questions or queries. We also like the fact that they are British made.

From the purchase through to delivery, we have recieved excellent service. But, I have to mention the man that installed it (name has gone, sorry). He was lovely, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.

We hired the Quatro tub for the Easter period which the whole family got to enjoy. Would highly recommend hiring from this company and we’re looking forward to using them again in the summer.

We had an issue with our hot tub and after a helpful phone call to Rotospa an engineer (Arlind) was out to fix it within 48 hours. Arlind was very polite, professional and had the repair done in no time. Excellent service, I would recommend Rotospa to anyone.

I have purchased a Serenity for my airbnb and chose this company for customer service, British made, commercially compliant and above all cheap to run using heat pump technology. 10 out of 10 on all counts! It is easy to use, very comfortable to be in, maintenance is a breeze and Nas who installed it was fantastic, ran through everything very patiently and professionally and I can’t fault this company. Excellent customer service and delivery and assembly was first class very impressed

We've had our DuoSpa about 4 weeks now & we love it. A couple of teething problems but that was our own fault & we sorted it out easily.
Celebrated the New Year in the tub with a bottle of Champagne & going for a repeat performance today lol.
We can't praise the DuoSpa enough, we only wish we'd discovered this company a few years ago.

Quick, efficient, flexible service. The guys in the factory were helpful and flexible, in particular James who answered all my questions... and Luke was knowledgeble, efficient and friendly. All good.
