It was a great experience from beginning to end. Gareth the sales person at melbicks Garden Centre who gave us every confidence in our choice of spa/hot tub a rotospa orbis, to Mat in the delivery section. To the father and son team who set it all up and showed me how the chemicals worked and which functions where which. Everyone was polite, nice and very kind to me. Since starting to use it I have seen many improvements to my joint stiffness. Thank you everyone for making this experience so smooth and enjoyable.

Thank you for the courtesy call, first class customer service.
New Filter and Heater in, all operational. It was fairly easy to do. I would like to get the Wi-Fi unit for it next.
If any issues……we will be using Rotospa directly because there’s not many manufacturers out there that will follow with a courtesy call to their customers when they know you have purchased a secondhand unit.
Lee was informative, understanding and explained how I should proceed with the repair. I was also advised about safety which I thought was excellent. No hard sell just good guidance and care all round. My custom will be tied to you now over this.
Massive thank you for getting me up and running, the spa is awesome.

Fantastic service and product
Great company to deal with and the guys (Nas and John) that delivered and installed the hot tub were helpful and did a great job. Explained all the functions and explained the chemicals and how to check levels etc. Overall fantastic service and great product. The hot tub itself is exactly what I wanted.

The only question is…. Are you worth it?
Yes you are!
Oh how can I express how much I Love my little 2 person hot tub. Yes it’s amazing to sit in it with my kindle and a cup of tea first thing in the morning listening to the bird I do a short meditation prayer and wake gently into my day before all hell breaks loose as usual. But the fact is has helped me with health issues is priceless. My lower back pain & hip pain is minimised to the extent I no longer take pain medication for them daily. The gentle warmth slowly dilates my blood vessels preventing the usual pain in my chest I have moving around & trying to function.
The team are also genuinely friendly & helpful. They have good solutions for keeping the cost of running low too.

AVOID Rotospa at all costs! Cheap and Poor Service
I wouldn't go with Rotospa, nothing but issues. I've had a tub with a hole in the shell, leaks, the headrests degraded so I have black bits floating in the tub, the air relief valve snapped, and all replacement parts which should be pence have been extortionate. I would avoid avoid avoid at all costs, these are an extremely budget brand, with very poor customer service. My tub turns itself off randomly, the controller keeps switching to Fahrenheit or resetting its time. Please save your money and look elsewhere.

Great company
Great products, great company so far. Got a nice deal on a tub from them on their used section of website. Delivery went by nice and quick, arrived in great condition no nasty suprises. Started filling the tub, was nice and clean. Tub keeps in the heat overnight, its super super quiet and the jets are powerful enough to push you off the seats. Next day after delivery I get a call to make sure i'm happy with everything and to see if I needed any help with anything chemical or anything else. These tubs are nice as they don't require a crane, they roll right off the truck and into position, and should you come time to sell them it'd be as simple as draining, putting protective cover back on it and then rolling it back away into a truck. Nice quick, quiet and simple.

Well all We can say is our Duraspa S 380 is
The best money We have ever spent
It was installed last November
So we had the joys of Winter water therapy and now loving the summer dips
The combination of different seating and jet positions ensures a completely different experience where ever you choose to sit
We have the Wi-Fi attachment fitted which give complete control remotely from anywhere
As out spa is at our second home it allows us to raise and lower temperatures to suit us before we arrive
I was very sceptical about maintaining good water condition as we sometimes have to leave for upto 3 maybe sometimes 4 weeks. I was worried about nothing!!! Rotaspa listened and understood our position and guided us through a simple maintenance schedule that keeps our spa perfect however long we have left it.
These guys really are the best, no question!! The spa is the best no question!! And it’s all British
Seriously if you are considering a hot tub? You 100% will not be disappointed with a Rotaspa

From the moment I walked into the showroom and spoke to James, nothing was too much trouble and he seemed knowledgable about the products they were selling. He explained the pros and cons of different types of tubs and chemicals. Then arranging the delivery was very quick and effortless. Our patio was laid and hot tub delivered the next day!
