Completely satisfied with my Duospa and is proving to be everything I was expecting. The service provided from initial order right through to delivery and installation was exemplary. Luke, who delivered and installed our spa, was excellent. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him. Looking forward to many years use from our "tub"!

We purchased a Quattro model and RotoSpa kept us informed of the progress of our order all along the way. The whole process was effortless and the delivery person, Luke, was extremely helpful in getting it set up and showing me how to use it and how to maintain a healthy water balance. Received our duospa 2 weeks ago. It’s great and really easy to use. From dealing with John to buy the tub at the gardeners world show in Birmingham to the delivery RotoSpa have been a pleasure to deal with. Luke who handled the delivery is a credit to them. Bought from a third party wish I had gone direct had a very small problem the hot tub company said nothing to do with them go to Rotospa they came the very next day fantastic service all sorted great company good after care service BUY DIRECT FROM THEM

Had the annual service of my hot tub definitely worth it as the family mentioned the water was much clearer after it. A nice touch by Lee a couple of months later calling to see if happy with it and everything ok.

We had an issue with our Rotospa Duo with a knocking noise,we booked an engineer who came out & fixed the issue with two new parts & the spa has never run so quite.It is very reassuring having the kind of support available and going forward wouldn't use any other spa engineers other than Roto Spa themselves.

From our first visit to the Boldmere showroom to delivery the whole experience was professional and relaxed. The delivery was on the day we requested. Naz delivered and set up the hot tub and made sure that we fully understood how to use it before he left. We will definitely recommend RotoSpa.

Very pleased with both the spa and the customer service. Build quality is very good. The spa seems to be well insulated and holds its temperature well when covered and not in use. The water quality seems easy to maintain which isn’t possible in the inflatable spas

Amazing installation and service! Loving the hottub!

Our first contact was with James and he was very helpful in selecting the right hot tub for ourselves. The whole purchasing experience was seamless. The hot tub was delivered within two weeks of purchase. Naz delivered the hot tub and from the moment he arrived nothing was too much. He was careful, polite and very knowledgable. He took the time to make sure we understood how to operate everything properly and also set up the Wi-Fi app for us. He is a credit to your company.
Now all that is left to do is sit back and relax.

We took delivery of our RotoSpa a couple of weeks ago and are delighted with it. Delivery was very simple and swift. Thank you to Arlind who set it up for us and talked us through the programs and answered all of our questions. It looks fabulous and is very quiet when running. I would most definitely recommend the product.

Very efficient and prompt communication to purchase the spa.
The delivery team were very polite and friendly. Excellant team made sure the spa was installed in the garden perfectly even with a tricky entrance to negotiate.
They were very knowledgeable and gave us a though operating demonstration and answered all our questions.

We have just had our orbis hot tub installed LUKE who installed it was amazing such a nice young man extremely helpful would highly recommend the company very helpful
