I wanted a set of 4 acoustic panels (bass traps) with a photo art face that was not a standard offer on their website. So I called in to sales support. The person on the phone, Rico, was professional, helpful and friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. He arranged the custom order for exactly what I needed. I also ordered a set of 10 standard acoustic panels from their web catalog. Production took a few weeks, which was reasonable. Shipping was quite prompt, with a tracking number provided. I've now received the panels. They were very well packaged, to help prevent damage during shipping. All of them look gorgeous, exactly as hoped for. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Do not order panels from this company. I ordered panels back at the beginning of Feb and was given no tracking number for weeks, had to call the rep and he informed me it was backorded (wouldn't you call or update your customers then?). He sends me a tracking number that is for a label that has been clearly printed and not picked up or shipped, again for weeks I have to call again. The rep informs me "it will be shipped out today and you will receive a new tracking number", never got it, never received the package meanwhile I was charged $145 back in Feb for this product that I never received. Ended up doing a charge back to my back to dispute. Terrible customer service department that was literally incompetent and all around bad business. Seriously, stay away!!

This review is specifically for raw Owens Corning 703, not for any pre-made products. I built my own frames and wrapped them in fabric myself.

In the past I needed to custom order Owens Corning 703 from a construction supply company, which was a huge pain. I needed to drive 40 minutes to a very unsafe area of Oakland to pick it up. With Acoustimac I got what I needed delivered to my house and shipping was also quicker than expected. I don't know what the cost difference was compared to the construction supply company but whatever it was it was completely worth it. Acoustimac also was the best price I found online anywhere. I placed an order (Order #1105001540) and realized that i might not receive it in time. I called and who ever answered/helped me should be acknowledged for their extra effort. I've bought many acoustic panels from Acoustimac over the years and they've always been great to deal with.

Do not buy acoustic panel frames. They do not fit 24x24 or 24x48 panels. They are made from extremely cheap, splintered wood. It's laughable that they presume to charge what they do for these. I am floored by how abysmal a product this is. I'll be making my own frames for a quarter of the cost.

Purchased 7 of the 1x1 panels. The materials have "pulls" in them and the corners of the 1x1 frames are constructed inconsistently with raised or lower corners that don't meet and make the material look like they need ironed! Instruction sheet for hanging was not readable. Nothing on website about how to hang them in a diamond shape. I'd like this to work but very disappointed in workmanship!
