Very high quality products and good customer service.

A few art panels in our hard surfaced game room made a huge difference. I'll be ordering some room treatments for my music / jam loft as soon as I finish it. I've recommended these panels to friends with cement floored brewpubs. Good stuff!

I ordered two different items. When I ordered I was lead to believe they would all arrive at the same time Tuesday. My project was on Thursday. Only one of the items arrived. The flooring did not arrive. I was then informed it was shipped separately and arrive a week later. I needed to get my project finished so I found another solution.
Poor communication and expectation management.
This was prior to COVID-19 escalation.

I received my package in a timely fashion and the contents was all that I expected it to be. It was a sample packet and now our group has some decisions to make before we go forward (sizes, colors, timing, etc.) The sample packet is a great idea and very helpful.

If I order something (in this case fabric, which ships direct from the manufacturer), and nothing happens for 10 days, then I email asking where’s my order, and it is magically shipping that day, somebody dropped the ball.

This was a gift so I cannot speak to product quality unfortunately. Ordered on Saturday and received the following Friday, no complaints there. Recipient's only complaint was I ordered wrong color. Would be nice to have shipping options. Would have been willing to wait longer for lower fee.

Exactly what I ordered; size, color, materials! I could not be happier. Gorgeous panels, absolutely improved the acoustics in room of use.

Customer service quickly responded to may questions immediately and replaced my order at no charge when FEDEX lost the shipment.

All good - got the panels quickly and they are great.

My order took a lot longer to ship than I expected (a little over a week- website says MOST orders ship within 2-3 days), I didn't realise the bass Traps I got were made to order. Aside from that it was a geat buying experience, shipping for 2 cases of Rockool and 50yd of fabric was very reasonable and everything was packaged very well. Ive already reccomended acoustimac to several others looking to purchase Acoustic Treatments and materials.

I definitely recommend this product for call centers.

Ordering was easy and when the shipment arrived the product was as advertised. My only problem was after I received the notice of shipment, I waited about 5 days to see the tracking information, but it showed the product had not shipped. I had to call Acoustimac to get the shipment moving.

Good quality panels. One had a imperfection in the clothe. They replaced right away without any problems. I really appreciate good customer service.
