After my panels arrived I called immediately and said I was missing two corner clips. Rico said he'd send them out but I wasn't confident he knew what I wanted. So I called back later to double check and he assured me it was all fine, they were sending 2 corner clips for 2 bass traps. He sent it through the mail so it took another week for the corner clips to arrive which postponed my build. When the clips arrived, they were still missing one. So I called Rico again, and all he did was laugh and said he'd send another one out. Over the weekend I got no tracking number and called again Monday morning only to be told 3 different times that Rico was either at lunch, or a meeting, he never returned my call. Finally I got a hold of James who understood the situation and had them overnighted ASAP, which should've been done the first time.

23 panels are up in the dance studio and are making a huge difference for the better! I would suggest that they could be making it more clear that the fabric will need to be attached, and about directions for how to do that. And also there were no directions with shipment about where to put the hardware on a 2' x 4' panel. I had to call to find out. I did not receive the correct hardware for the ceiling application I had ordered at first- and when they did send it it was without screws. The original shipment had 1/2 enough screws for what I needed. I had easy access at home for the extra that I needed- so I didn't want to deal with calling them on that and waiting for them to ship more. The company has some details not being attended to, but I love the end product.
