Very fast service and very pleased with product.

Rear view mirror - not managed to make it work yet.

Having had the CBreeze some years ago I knew that it was something that I wanted on the new Concept 2 indoor rower I had purchased. I placed the order with RowPerfect UK and despite the message being that it was on back-order, which I could quite understand because of the Covid-19 issues, the CBreeze arrived very soon afterwards 😊 Quality product from a quality company

The only reason I am giving 4 stars not 5 is that the parcel did seem to take rather a long time to get me. Also I am not really sure why the 'Fisch' should need to be signed for on receipt and thus costing rather a lot in postage. However, I was v. pleased to discover a firm in England that actually sold these 'Wickelfisch' because when I tried to order direct from Basel they don't deliver to the UK! I haven't had a chance to use the bag yet but I'm going to the coast in September and will be using it there. Not quite as dramatic as swimming in the Rhein through Basel (as seen on YouTube) but good enough for me! Thank you Rowperfect!

Cannot fault customer service. Swift response to rectifying error of wrong sized item sent, replaced promptly with complimentary product

Item was in stock when ordered and suddenly out of stock. When payment was made. This request for review is the only correspondence since being informed of being backorder after the sale. Would appreciate some sort of time frame for delivery or option to cancel since item was listed as in stock prior to payment.

Great product for rowing.

When I ordered my rowing gloves the message was they were on backorder. I expected to have to wait a couple of weeks for them. As it happened I ordered them on the Friday and they arrived on the following Tuesday. Excellent service from ordering to delivery. No problems with payment. I was kept informed throughout the process. I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars rowperfect.

I recieved a pair of waterproof socks for Christmas but unfortunately they were not the right size for me. I contacted Gary at Rowperfect (where they had been purchased from) and he swapped them within the week. Great communication and a quality product.

I have been rowing for a little over the years and never coxed until very recently. I bought products from Rowperfect and i really like their quality. It is much easier to put together. The best thing is it is very sturdy and solid.

I am very sorry to say that my experience ordering from Rowperfect has been extremely poor. I ordered two keyrings as thank you gifts, for members of our Club, in December and they have only just been shipped to me in April. I was originally told they would not be ready until January due to a delay by their supplier and I agreed to this. Since then I have had to be the one to chase to find out what is going on and when they finally shipped, 4 months later, I was not notified and now have to track the package down at the postoffice as they shipped internationally and require a signature. I was still charged the full price despite the huge delay. Disappointing and very poor service on all fronts.

Amazing products, quick service, and you can actually make contact with real people that care about your shopping experience. I recommend this site for any water sport athlete, it doesn't hurt that they have tons of educational things on their site as well, overall great experience ! I don't usually review things, but this was a must.
