Great customer service. Terrible how to....
Super awesome email customer service. The instructions for replacing an to site are pretty terrible though. It could really use some pictures or even better a video because we ended up botching the number routing and it became a horrible tangled up mess that took way longer to fix than it should have.

Info is great. Minor grip is I get notifications on my phone (Android 7.1.2 Nexus 5x) which is what I like but when I open the article to read (in Chrome) I get popup adding me to subscribe to newsletter which I don't want as I like the phone notifications. Doesn't appear to be able to be turned off.

the eBook was was good as I expected however the transaction system unsettled me.
the eBook was was good as I expected. I was unsettled when the error message that the transaction got something wrong appeared on the screen. I received the confirmation by email but the confirmation was a plain text (notepad text format: .txt ) that was very unusual format for a retailer to send a customer. I was worried about the security of my credit card details. My account was not updated until I sent my email to request for updating my account to be able to download.

The unexpected custom duty I incurred has made these gloves a very expensive acquisition. Particularly as these are the second pair I have ordered because the first have worn out quicker than I expected.

Tim - we contacted you and refunded the import VAT for you. Sadly it's out of our control as to which parcels get stopped by HMRC and which do not. As you now know, the UK Customs should allow small packages through without import duty. But we have noticed since May 2017 that they are stopping every single parcel into the UK (maybe the Government needs the money). As I said before, as soon as you advised that they'd asked you to pay, we refunded your credit card and you told us that you were happy with this outcome. Sculling Gloves
I don't normally wear gloves when rowing but invested in a pair of The Crewstop sculling gloves for Vogalonga 2017 (32km). Really pleased with them.. you would not know you had them on and they kept my hands blister free and in the heat. However, if you are ordering them, take note that they come from the US (possibly with a customs bill) so you need to factor that in if time is an issue. Mine took two weeks and arrived the day before I flew - phew. Throughout, all the staff at Rowperfect were very helpful. Top marks for a quality product and excellent service.

I would add that the customs bill is caused by Royal Mail who randomly hold parcels and charge import VAT. This delays the delivery to the customer by a couple of days - which was obviously your concern as you needed them for the race.
If this customs charge is made, Rowperfect UK reimburses you for the charge immediately.
Royal Mail is supposed to charge for any parcel valued at over £15.00
Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent - rapid response to queries, no quibble returns when necessary, a pleasure to deal with.
