I made an order on 23/11 and it's still listed as processing. I emailed requesting an estimated delivery date and have heard nothing.
I've tried calling the sales/support number, which went straight to voicemail, and was unable to leave a message as it was full.
I've never used this company before and this doesn't look good. I'm only glad I ordered through PayPal, as the impression I have is of a company that is struggling to stay afloat.

I have placed an order on the 19th of November and it is still marked as 'processing'?! I've tried calling, but the number is turned off. When should I be expecting my order???

Where is the video link? In my purchase of some of your articles some are obviously incomplete and unedited. They still contain track changes which makes it seem as though more thought needs to be given by the author as to how they want to interpret the information they intend to.

I expected more scholarly research and information gathering with a conclusion than I am seeing in these articles.

If the information is worthy of e-print it should also be worth of book publication it you are charging prices that are for actual books which do not require printing out and stapling papers together.

Due to a problem with the credit card transaction, I ended up double paying for an item with a direct bank transaction as well. After I informed them for the situation, which was also picked up by them, three weeks have passed without any refund of the additional money that I accidentally sent them. During this time, a lot of mails were exchanged in order to have the refund, only to receive cheap excuses as to why it had not been made yet.

Very pleased with the rowing gloves I bought and the prompt and friendly service I received. I will certainly be buying from Rowperfect again. Many thanks.

Row perfect UK is a fabulous company! I have bought sculling, sweep, and winter rowing gloves and the fit has been perfect. They are very prompt in getting the gloves in the mail and very prompt with replying to any of my question. Definitely a 5 star rating!
