I ordered a facial steamer and only found out after payment that there was a 2–3 week wait, hidden in small print. I immediately requested to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give all UK consumers 14 days to cancel online orders, but the company refused.
They falsely claimed the item was “bespoke” and said their own terms and conditions override the law when they don’t. The product is mass produced and resold from Alibaba, which I provided proof of. Even after I escalated it through Citizens Advice (who have now confirmed them refusing is illegal and are escalating it to trading standards), they kept insisting I wasn’t entitled to a refund.
Their behaviour is legally questionable, and their customer service is evasive and dismissive. I’ve reported them to Citizens Advice. If you’re in the UK, be extremely cautious this is not a trustworthy retailer.

The other reviews are definitely fake. Look at the google reviews.

I want to say how much Roxie Cosmetics, worked behind the scenes to resolve an issue I had with a Towel Warmer , the customer service department dealt with the manufacturer and helped to find a solution to the issue , that did not lie with Roxie Cosmetics but with the manufacturer. I’m relieved to have this now resolved. Thank you to Roxie Cosmetics for persevering and providing a first class service.

Ordered the black & gold beauty bed as well as a stool.

Products arrived with no instruction manual at all so I had to guess to put it together.

The black and gold bed arrived faulty with scrapes all over the legs. Not what you’d expect from a brand new product. I contacted them on the 18th June and had to message multiple times to get a response. Customer service team are blunt and rude. They finally responded on the 1st July and offered a £30 discount. Not exactly good enough when I spent £393 on new products for them to be damaged. They told me I could purchase spray paint to cover the damage, stunning customer service. Why should I have to purchase spray paint to cover marks & scrapes that have indented.

The only other option is to return the item in the original box when it’s a month since I’ve received the item. Definitely will never order again from this company based on how they treat customers and the quality of the products.

I had to leave this review after my latest interaction with this companies customer services department. I have made many purchases over the years from Roxie Cosmetics and have never had any issues. Recently, a chair I purchased broke due to a manufacturing malfunction. I reached out to the company for assistance with the issue and was promptly offered support and a replacement of the chair to rectify the problem after supplying them with evidence of the problem. They have been nothing but supportive, honest and timely in their responses and I couldn’t be more grateful. The quality of their products and customer service is excellent overall. I highly recommend Roxie Cosmetics!

Fast delivery and great product

The unit is lovely, however the assembly was a lot of guessing as the instructions are all on one page and so tiny that you have to guess a lot of things. Also a lot of screws missing, I had to source it myself and that added time to assemble the unit as had to wait extra day for screws to arrive. Despite all that the unit is good. Also would be easier to assemble if on the bottom of the unit would be pre-screwed holes for wheels.

Very good quality products, and excellent customer service! Very quick responses and extremly helpful, they went out of their way to pick up my parcel from the wrong pick up delivery place which I accidentally picked and they put those products together with a different order that I have made prior to my second order. They got back to me DO quickly and even got back to me on a non-working day!! PLUSSS, my order came very quickly! Thank you so much for your service!!
