I have had issues with my bed delivery being delayed by 2 months however the team have been responding quickly and offered discount due to the delays.

I always do shopping for my beauty salon here. Great prices, sometimes even better than at Poland. Highly recommended this online shop for beauty salons and personal uses.

A lot of choice of products, good prices and delivery options but sadly too many products out of stock all the time hence one star less

I’m extremely disappointed with Roxie Cosmetics. My order keep delaying for the 2nd times. My order cost me £1350 and after waiting for 8 weeks. I did not hear anything from Roxie, I got in touch with them again , they informed me that my order will reach me by 26th of August( 2 weeks later) due to delaying in manufacturing. I did not hear anything by 26th of August , I got in touch with them and they informed me again that my order delayed again and wont reach me until 10th of September, they mentioned hopefully it wont get delayed again, Seriously !!! . Only communication is via whats up or e mail, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue but to refund me if I wish after waiting for 10 weeks !

Now I have to wait for 10th of September and hope the order wont be delayed again. Total waiting time now 12 weeks if the order wont be delayed again.

This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If a company cannot even process and keep track of a simple order, how can customers trust their service or products?

I will not be shopping with Roxie Cosmetics again and strongly advise others to be cautious before wasting their time and money.

I sent a message to Roxie via what’s up , I was asking how long it takes for a refund and all I know I got a message back and issued a refund with out me asking for a refund or cancel my order , I got a reply they cancelled my order because I left a negative feedback

I am afraid I do not trust your reply and I will never buy from you ,. Not recommend to anyone this company . Please read other negative feedback not just mine .

Not only was it easy to place this order but it also arrived sooner than was projected. It is a lovely stool perfect for my new bathroom.

This would've been five stars because the bed is amazing as is the lamp. But bed was really scrunched up in packaging, so very creased. I was advised to use heat, which I have and although most has come out, there's still a couple of creases. Hopefully these will reduce in time.
To be fair company did offer to give me a new foot part if it continued. But I have not set clinic up yet, so have time to wait.

The nail gel colors are gorgeous and last for weeks without chipping. Great quality and excellent value — highly recommend!
