Correspondence with the company has been good, delivery experience was good. However, after the products being delayed for a long period of time, when the bed arrived part of the internal mechanism hadn’t been connected so the arm rests weren’t working. The chair still hasn’t arrived due to the wrong colour being sent.

Quick shipments and delivery. Ordered twice in 2 weeks as I was satisfied. Prices are great, the variety of products too and love the little samples and the promotions. Got one product for free.
The only thing to point out and that’s just me being picky is the orthographic errors that are omnipresent on the website other than that 5 stars!

DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
I feel all the good reviews are written by staff members or are paid for because there is NO WAY this company have that many good reviews. I read another customers complaint on here and mine is almost identical. I ordered a full aesthetics suite back at the start of June paid £1869 upfront. It says on the website 6-8 week delivery time. This is rubbish. After the 8 weeks I had no communication from them so had to follow up. I was told there was a delay at the manufacturer and that delivery would be delayed by another 4 weeks. Again the 4 weeks went by and no correspondence or dispatch email. I had to follow up AGAIN. I was told this time that due to the delay they had a backlog of deliveries so it would now be another 2 week wait. Another 2 weeks go by…still nothing. I follow up AGAIN to be told that due to “bad weather conditions” the products were stuck in china and could be transported to this country. (Amazon and Shein cope just fine with some rain) I was told it could be another few weeks but they weren’t sure and couldn’t guarantee a date. I ordered first week of June we’re now in SEPTEMBER! I demanded a full refund and their only saving grace is that they sent it. They’re using other peoples money to build their business and not coming through witg the goods. This company is absolutely mocking it. They’re ripping people off left right and centre and getting away with it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You won’t see your items. And FYI the images they use are also generated with AI and not the actual products. Who knows what you’ll get if you actually wait for something to turn up.

Yes, unfortunately, there was a production and shipping delay with your order – and we completely understand how frustrating that can be. The moment you requested a refund, it was processed immediately and returned to you in full. That is why we find it difficult to understand how we could be called “scammers.”
All of our other customers, who patiently waited, have now received their furniture and are enjoying their brand-new, beautifully equipped beauty salons. The demand for our salon furniture is very high, and occasionally production delays at the factory can occur, which is outside of our direct control. We always do our best to communicate updates and offer solutions such as refunds when delays happen.
To reassure future customers: we now also hold part of our range in stock with 2-day UK delivery, so anyone who doesn’t want to wait for production lead times can choose from those models straight away.
Our brand continues to grow thanks to genuine reviews and real salons being fitted out with our furniture every day. We’re proud to help beauty professionals across the UK create the spaces they’ve always dreamed of.
