I would have left 5 stars but delivery took 13 weeks and it did NOT come with a UK plug- I’m having to use a travel adapter which doesn’t look great considering I had a brand new floor plug installed for the bed- so that’s disappointing!! Other than that the bed itself is beautiful and I’m very pleased.

The company is registered in U.K. but has not applied the consumers wrights and regulations. The product not even delivered and I have been refused of the refund for the manufacturer table which is not custom made . I would like to the legal process for this company with regards of the breach the consumer rights act!!!!

I recently purchased a product from Roxie cosmetics and was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The item was scratched, damaged and nothing like the pictures advertised online. It looked as though it had already been used or stored improperly before being sent out.
When I contacted customer service, instead of acknowledging the issue, they insisted I pay for the return shipping before they would issue a full refund. I explained that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a refund for faulty or misrepresented goods without having to pay return costs, but my explanation was ignored.
This is unacceptable for a company that presents itself as professional. The combination of poor product quality, misleading advertising, and disregard for consumer rights has left me with a very negative impression.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company and to double-check their policies. I certainly won’t be purchasing from them again.

Received a treatment bed in the summer. Within a month it started to develop mould spots. The bed has been cleaned as instructed. It has never been left wet. The room is well ventilated and not humid.

I raised this with customer services and there's no willingness to help or support. The view is that it must be environmental and my fault. It seems more likely the product may have been damp inside before it was delivered with the way the mould has come out covering the whole bed. I have well over a decade of using and cleaning beds and never had an issue like this.

Offered for them to come and visit my site to prove there is no way the environment has caused this. They don't care.

Given the cost, I'd expect a better level of support on resolving this. Certainly won't purchase from then in the future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I waited over 4 months for delivery, only to receive a bed in the wrong colour. The company insists it is “brown in warm light,” but in reality it is plainly grey in all circumstances. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered only a token 10% refund for this unacceptable experience. I have now begun legal action against them. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money — shop elsewhere.
