I had a very disappointing experience with this electrical repair company. I hired them to diagnose and fix an appliance issue, but after charging a significant service fee, the problem remained completely unresolved. When I contacted them for follow-up assistance, they were unresponsive and difficult to reach.

To make matters worse, their customer service was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain that the issue had not been fixed.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. They charged for a repair that was never completed, failed to provide adequate support afterward, and treated customers poorly. I would suggest looking elsewhere for reliable electrical repair services.

Was not professional. Didnt call to update me when the part came in. Then came in and wanted to use my towels to fix my dishwasher. Then wanted to use my trash to dispose items that were used for the repair. They should bring everything they need and soap to watch their hands.

Deserves 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I only ever dealt with one guy, he's the same one to answer the phone and come service. He took my money and multiple visits later my dishwasher does not work. First visit said a part was needed. A whole week later he comes out to install it and theres water all over my floor within an hour of him leaving. He comes back the next day to say theres another part that was supposedly bad that he did not diagnose properly the first time. Came back 3 days later and my dishwasher still doesn't drain. He had an attitude about each call back like I was inconveniencing him. Needless to say, I didn't have him come back again. He is a thief who has no idea what he is doing.

I had a freezer that stopped working in the refrigerator. A contractor showed and said the freon was leaking. I asked if it made more sense to buy a new fridge, and got persuaded that it was a slow leak... I was charged over $300 for a repair.. only have the fridge failing less than two weeks later.. I ended up buying a new fridge... Don't recommend this organization.

Unreliable company charging excessively compared to the actual price. Appears focused on profit rather than quality service. It might be more cost-effective to invest in a new appliance than relying on their services. Personal experience with an appliance repair was unsatisfactory as the issue wasn't fixed properly, leading to an additional payment for their mistake. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Having tried unsucessfully to schedule someone from another company for 3 days, I found Royal Appliance and filled in my information, I was contacted within minutes and visited by Josh within the hour. He very competently repaired the electrical issue with my built in microwave. I am definitely a fan of Royal Appliance Repair.

Dishwasher door would not close. Tech charged me $95 to fix and made it worse. He then quoted me $860 to repair. Another company repaired for $250. Bad

Dishwasher tech seemed unsure of what he was doing. Spent $600 to have drain pump replaced and found out from another tech we spent at least $200 too much. Three months later just as the warranty was about to expire, it stopped working again. Tech came back and cleaned out a small particle from the drain and then charged $100 to do it! Felt like a rip-off and overpriced. Would never use them again.

They try to just take money. They broke my 2 refrigerator. And took money also.

My freezer was not cooling. These guys came a few hours later and the issue was fixed in a matter of an hour. Very efficient and the tech was knowledgeable. A+
