For more than 30 years, Royale Stones has been a family-run supplier of natural stone and porcelain paving to homes across the UK. We carefully choose every product and keep adding to the collection. We now offer indoor wall and floor tiles, along with designer vanity units and bathroom accessories chosen to complement them. We hold all our stock in our own warehouses in Lincoln, Essex, and Birmingham, so we can deliver promptly across the country. We’d love you to see the tiles in person. The standard of service is excellent. You can actually speak to a person without having to go through recorded messages, I have spoken to Geraldine on a number of occasions , she has been very helpful and resolved all my issues. The material prices are also very reasonable.

It was very easy to order online from Royale Stones. Their prices beat everyone else I've compared with. I've used them twice now to buy outdoor Porcelain tiles which are really good quality. My builder was really pleased when he used them and said they were excellent. He has also recommended Royale Stones to other customers for their building projects. The delivery was very quick and easy too. I would highly recommend them

Untrustworthy reviews
Not a good company. At first, the company appears professional and the products look appealing. However, I was offered a discount on my order to leave a review and if possible, mention the employee name before I even received the product or experienced their services.
What I found more concerning is that this does not appear to be an isolated allegation. I've read several other 1 Star reviews highlighting this practice by this company.
I won't name the person in question but I also noticed that a surprisingly high number of 5 star reviews mention individual employees by their name. I mean there is nothing inherently wrong with thanking an employee by name, of course, but the frequency of this stood out to me when compared with reviews of other companies in the same industry or even other industry for that matter.
To be clear, I am not saying every positive review is illegitimate but certainly this practice is contributing to their positive reviews to a degree.
Anyways, there's enough to be concerned about placing an order from here because so many people (1 Star reviewers) pointing out this practice by this company and a suspecting amount of postive reviews having employee's names in them.
Unfortunately, I will not be ordering as a result.
I would also request Trustpilot and other review platforms to ensure that their review policies are being followed and that customers can rely on reviews being genuine and independently provided. The credibility of these platforms depends on that trust.

We do have a record of you. You emailed us an enquiry, which our team answered, and we believe you also visited our Watford showroom and were assisted there. We’ve checked our email, phone and live chat records and we cannot find anything to show that anyone here asked you for a review in exchange for a discount. If you have something that shows otherwise, please send it to info@royalestones.co.uk and I will look into it personally.
What I won’t do is pretend the wider point isn’t fair. A member of our team did offer a discount in connection with a review to a small number of customers. That breaches Trustpilot’s guidelines and our own policy. It should not have happened, and it has been dealt with formally with the individual concerned. We are also reviewing our review request process so that this cannot happen again.
That one member of staff’s mistake does not mean our other reviews were bought. We have served hundreds of thousands of customers over the years, and fewer than 5% of them leave a review. When we do ask, we ask customers to take their time and give an honest account. Every reviewer on this platform is free to change their review at any point if their experience changes, and ours have not.

"UPDATE" Royale stones have raised a complaint with Trustpilot about my review as I mention one of their staffs names. I apologise if this has breached any rules and have ammended this accordingly. I also received further whatsapp message from the same person saying i was hurting tge company and hurting him so coukd I please remove my review. No I will not delete my review as this is a true and accurate account of my experience. Hello Mxxxxxn, I am really concerned that you are offering a discount if I write a review even though I have not made a purchase. I understand from Trustpilot reviews that this is a common approach from you. This makes me question the validity, authenticity and honesty associated with reviews of your company. I manage operations here, and this was escalated to me as soon as we saw it. A member of our team offered a discount code in connection with the review. That is against our policy and procedure. It has been dealt with formally with the individual concerned.
The rest of our reviews are from genuine customers, good and bad. Our aftersales team has been under real pressure lately as volumes have grown, and recent negative reviews reflect that.
