I’ve been dealing with Royale Stones…
I’ve been dealing with Royale Stones for a while now and, in particular, Mani. The customer service I’ve received from him has been faultless.
There have been a couple of issues and mix-ups with orders along the way, but Mani has always dealt with them straight away and got everything sorted. If he’s busy, he never leaves me waiting — he’s always upfront about when he’ll get back to me, and he always keeps his word.
Running my own construction business, reliable deliveries and getting orders right is vital. Having someone who communicates properly takes a lot of the stress out of what can already be a very stressful day. Whenever Mani says “leave it with me”, I know it will get sorted and I don’t have to spend days chasing for an answer, which unfortunately has been my experience with other companies.
What I particularly appreciate is that I feel I can genuinely trust Royale Stones and Mani to deliver what’s promised, but more importantly, to be honest. A lot of companies will tell you what you want to hear just to get the sale. Mani is completely different — if something isn’t in stock, he’ll tell me when it’s expected, explain the situation and often even message me with an update before I’ve had to chase.
That level of communication and honesty makes a massive difference. I’ve had a consistently good experience with Royale Stones and would happily recommend them to anyone, especially other trades and businesses where reliability really matters.

Very Happy 4th Big Purchase
We’ve used Royale Stone twice now, and on both occasions we’ve been really impressed with the service. Mani and Jay were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to advise. Always going the extra mile for our requirements. They are a great asset to the company.
We originally bought both indoor and outdoor porcelain tiles from them last year, and after being so happy with the quality, pricing and range of choice, we recently returned to purchase tiles again for another property.
The customer service has been excellent throughout, and it’s great to find a company that offers good quality products at competitive prices while also genuinely looking after their customers.

Very responsive and quick to help! Manish via whatsapp is excellent, I missed the order date for next day delivery and he sorted it out without me having to be difficult. The sevenoaks manager also helped to twice in June for my orders! They are excellent company and Ive never had any issues with the products! Basically spent over 5k on just products with them and never had issues!
