Having been Recommended by our Bathroom…
Having been Recommended by our Bathroom fitter to use Royale Stones, we have been delighted with the service and quality of the tiles supplied. Unfortunately 2 of the tiles were damaged in transit, we informed Royale Stones of the damage and they have arranged for replacements to be dispatched as soon as possible

I only needed to items but forced to…
I only needed two items but forced to buy more as there is a ridiculous minimum order charge…
Used exactly the same order ref for items purchased before but completely different ones turned up…
There is a trend happening with online shopping that consumers are getting ripped off more and more by suppliers implement money making schemes…!!!

We understand your frustration regarding minimum order quantities; however, these measures are put in place to protect your order. Tiles are fragile, and shipping them in very small quantities significantly increases the risk of damage during transit, which often leads to unnecessary delays, cycle of broken goods, and replacements.
To ensure your items arrive safely on site, a minimum order limit is required. We always recommend including a 10-15% allowance for cuts, waste, and future spares when placing your initial order which was not done in this case. We hope this helps clarify our policy, and we appreciate your understanding.

The marbella white porcelain tiles are beautiful when laid. They are an immense quality. Always choose Royale Stones to purchase your tiles. Fast delivery.
Also it's best to finish it off using a porcelain tile sealant to keep the beauty of the white tiles against the outdoor elements. It will be much easier to keep clean.

Absolutely shocking and horrible service and behavior.
Poor communication, sub-standard service and endless standard template responses after you end up waiting the entire day to hear from them or their so called after sales team/department.
Would highly recommend not to buy from here. The tiles chip like anything on cutting. The methods they provide also do not work and then they ask you to visit their yard. However, as one of the posters have mentioned in a review that even then the tiles chip.
Needless to say, it is a utter waste of time.

We had ordered porcelain basin and it came on time however when we opened, it was chipped but we didn't have time to report it as we were going on holiday. When we reported it to Sam the damaged part was replaced without any issues. Excellent service. Thanks Sam.

I used WhatsApp to chat to Nicky in your showroom. I asked her if she wouldn't mind taking some pictures of the vanity unit I was considering so I could get a better feel of the colour. She was so helpful and went out of her way to take pictures and send them back to help me decide which basin to order too.
Great customer interaction and fab service.
I placed an order and the unit arrived within a couple of days. No hassle, very well packed and no damages.

We ordered two full crates of kandla…
We ordered two full crates of kandla grey porcelain slabs 900x600, and two bags of slurry.
The slabs arrived on the specified day, the delivery driver placed them where we wanted them. However there was no delivery note to sign. One of the bags of slurry was damaged beyond usable. I called royale stones they were excellent stating not to worry about the delivery note just to check all tiles within 72hrs and email them with any damages and they would sort a refund.
We spent the next 2 hours unpacking and checking all 80 tiles for damages. Surprising we only had one small chip on a tile all others were great.
Royale stones refunded us for the damaged slurry.
Tiles are looking great down just need to grout now.
I would recommend Royale Stones, customer services were responsive via email and phone. Overall a positive experience.

A small shining light in the darkness.
Firstly the bathroom industry is full of crooks. It can be a lottery when you buy online and if anything goes wrong it can be expensive and time consuming to return products.
Thankfully, this company sold a good product which was accurate and quality. Sales and aftersales were helpful. I would buy again.

Cobble stone sett review
Ordered setts for the garden to use as a border and a patio in different sections of garden. Very happy with the company and product. Stunning and easy to lay, also delivery was smooth. Great prices and choice of tiles many of which I haven’t seen on other sites!
I visited the Lincoln branch and although it’s not a flashy showroom I found exactly what I needed and the lady that I dealt with was very helpful… which is a novelty these days !!
