Tried to use the edging for a circular bed.
The locating pegs kept popping out when tapping the edging down, once the edging is partly tapped into the ground you can't re-align the tangs with the holes without lifting the entire length.
Unless your lawn / beds are bowling green flat and you are working with a radius of more than 2 metres this product won't work.
Resolved by drilling through each overlapping section and joining with two 12mm bolts and nuts.
Will use the rest of the order (2 packs) to simply straight edge the lawn / beds.

Really good quality outdoor porcelain tiles which look great. Arrived on time. When one small bag of grout arrived damaged, my account was promptly credited and a new bag swiftly sent. Friendly, efficient after-sales service (Sam). Would recommend and use again.

Top service and quality!
I ordered 76 m2 of lovely Italian tiles from Royal Stones.
The shipment arrived exactly when I asked.
I went through all the boxes and found out that 10 tiles were damaged.
I contacted the After-Sales department and promptly the same day they shipped me the replacement tiles. I got the new tiles after two working days, absolutely amazing service!
Sam from After-Sales team has been super helpful and very professional.
I am very pleased with the service that Royal Stones offered me and thank you so much Sam for your lovely support!
I definitely recommend Royal Stones! Great tiles and great customer service!

Excellent customer service
We ordered outdoor porcelain tiles for a garden landscape project. The company website was easy to use and orders arrived when expected. Tiles are of good quality. We had a problem with a number of tiles being broken due to the pallet they were delivered on being broken and unstable. The service from the after sales team was excellent in resolving the issue. Emails were dealt with promptly and the company was focused on ensuring I received a positive experience. I recommend fully checking tiles as soon as they are delivered so any issues can be addressed quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Royale Stones for future projects.

Buying from here is like a life lesson.
Overall from the outside the company seems professional and everything until and unless something goes wrong after your order is placed and then everything changes. Slow and useless replies, they promise of calling back but never happens. You ask for a manager but to no avail.
Order was delayed and they blamed their delivery partner.
Tiles arrived broken and they blamed mishandling of goods by " Their " delivery partner.
Packaging was ridiculous and they said, packaging is to throw away anyway.
Communication after purchase was horrendous and they said because they are in a busy season, they unable to reply quickly but their replies were in a blink of an eye before I paid.
The difference between their service before you make the payment and after you have made the payment is night and day.
I will suggest buying goods locally, even if you pay slightly more.

The correspondence before and after you…
The correspondence before and after you make the payment is starkly different. From them spamming you with emails and calls for making the payment to them going completely silent after the payment is made.
Anyway, one thing I have learnt from this entire experience of my wife dealing with this company is that there is no point arguing with them as they are classical liars and will keep making endless excuses.

We ordered sample slabs and they arrived very quickly. We then placed an order for 42 slabs. Ordering process was very simple. Slabs were delivered on time. Driver has extremly helpful and placed the slabs exactly where we wanted them. Unfortunately 1 of the slabs was broken but a quick email to the team and a refund for the slab was issued. no hassle just very efficiant. I wouldnt hessitate to recommend them to anyone.

Went to their showroom in Sevenoaks and plenty of advertised products are not on display. So the visit was pretty much a waste of time.
They did offered free samples to be delivered but samples do not tell the full story of a 1200x600mm tile and ordering a few full slabs will incur a £80 fee in just handling as they like to call it.

Thank you for visiting our showroom, and we’re sorry you couldn’t find the tile you were looking for.
We’ve recently expanded our range with a number of new products, and some of these haven’t yet reached all of our showrooms, though they’re on their way. In the meantime, we offer cut samples, which most customers find helpful, and we’re happy to send full-size tile images from our warehouse on request.
On the £80 handling and delivery fee, we understand this can seem steep. Because of the size and weight of the tiles, they need to travel on a pallet with proper packaging and strapping to arrive undamaged. This fee covers the pallet network charge and the handling involved. If you’d prefer to arrange your own collection from our warehouse, there is no charge at all.
We’d still love to help. If you’d like full tile images, to wait for the samples to arrive in the showroom, or to arrange your own transport, please contact me directly at info@royalestones.co.uk, and I’ll be glad to assist.
