I did a course they expect you to pay for the certificate and transcript separately they have refused to send the certificate despite paying for it.Avoid at all cost and they won’t refund me I will be contacting the Ombudsman

I found the Level 5 Diploma in Designated Safeguarding Lead to be highly relevant and valuable for my professional role. The course provided a comprehensive understanding of safeguarding legislation, child protection procedures, multi-agency working, and the responsibilities of a Designated Safeguarding Lead. I particularly appreciated the practical nature of the content, which encouraged me to reflect on real-life scenarios and apply safeguarding principles to situations that could arise within a school setting. The course strengthened my confidence in recognising indicators of abuse and neglect, making appropriate referrals, maintaining accurate records, and leading safeguarding practice within an educational environment. I also found the focus on creating a strong safeguarding culture, safer recruitment, and managing allegations against staff particularly beneficial, as these are essential aspects of school leadership. Another positive aspect was the flexibility of studying independently, which allowed me to balance the course alongside my professional responsibilities. Although the course content was excellent, I found that some units contained considerable repetition, particularly where legislation, safeguarding principles, and reporting procedures were revisited across multiple assignments. While reinforcement is important, it sometimes made the coursework feel repetitive. The volume of written evidence required was also demanding, especially when many responses covered similar themes. In some cases, greater use of practical case studies, interactive activities, or scenario-based assessments would have made the learning more engaging and better reflected the day-to-day responsibilities of a Designated Safeguarding Lead. Additionally, because safeguarding guidance and legislation continue to evolve, it would be beneficial for course materials to include more references to the latest statutory updates and emerging safeguarding issues, such as online safety, artificial intelligence, contextual safeguarding, and child exploitation. Overall, I found the Level 5 Diploma in Designated Safeguarding Lead to be an excellent professional development programme. It has enhanced my knowledge, strengthened my confidence as a safeguarding leader, and improved my ability to promote the welfare and protection of children within an educational setting. Despite the workload and some repetition, the course has been worthwhile and has equipped me with practical knowledge and leadership skills that I can apply directly in my role.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I bought the UK Employment Law course. Instead of the 19.99 advertised I was charged 38.38 pounds. To make matters worse there is no course material.
I have been asking for a refund for 2 weeks and they are dodging me claiming that I am already taking the course.
But there is no course. Half of the icons on the page don't even work.

I got my certificate from this college. The Level 3 Diploma in Nursing Assistant course modules are in depth, easy to access with simple terminologies and clear, detailed insight. The staff interaction and their open-mindedness is topnotch. If you have any difficulties or challenges, the staff are there to escalate or troubleshoot and proffer immediate solutions, ensuring you're not alone in your pursuit. The modules are so deep and broad, but the simplicity of the interactive words, and languages used in conveying learning, makes it quite easy to understand, assimilate and even pass your exams in one sitting. For me, it's one of the best learning centers to acquire knowledge and certification.

Great course
At the beginning Module 1 content wouldn't open, however, the college team helped me to gain access. I loved my course: Speech Therapy and SEN Teaching Assistant Course.
