We recently had a new boiler installed and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional and completely stress-free.

The engineers arrived on time, were polite and respectful of our home, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. They explained how everything works and made sure we were confident using the new system before they left.

The boiler itself is working perfectly – our home heats up quickly and efficiently, and it’s noticeably quieter than our old one.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional installation. Excellent service and great value for money!

Very grateful for the help I received. I called RPM on a Saturday and they were with me within an hour.

The engineer diagnosed my problem, got my boiler back online and gave me a simple fix to try to save me some money.

I ended up calling back a couple days because the problem had come back assuming I'd need a new boiler. RPM advised me to contact Worcester Bosch and get a fixed price repair for £397 because it would work out significantly cheaper than an RPM repair.

This company truly puts the customer first, I'm sure many others would tell me I need to replace my 20 year old boiler but RPM communicated everything to me, explained my options and pointed me in the direction of the manufacturer even though there was nothing for them to gain.

Will definitely use RPM again, they made me feel valued and advised me as if I were a friend even though I'd never used them before.
