Would give zero stars. Have a withdraw pending approx 2 weeks now. I had to renew my id 2 months early because they consider it expired in their system. I did so , verified successfully through their Mitek system, only to be told to email documents and verify with their live chat after to be expedited. I have done this 5 times, only to be told yesterday the last they had was from the 18th (my last forward of same email shows the 20th) I gave agent that case number and was told to do it again and they could expedite it NEXT Thursday now. Over a measly $100 I won with a fair and square deposit, no coupon. This is a crypto withdraw to boot. Stay away from these cheats, deposits credit almost immediate so weird their verifications for withdraws their allegedly expediting takes a month and counting. I took a promotion chip and won a few hundred deposited money they sent me a email asking to refer them. My roommate signed up and my withdrawal never came so I emailed them all week and 2 weeks later they wrote that no one can use the same computer or address and since my roommate signed up and took the referral they emailed me to send to friends they kept all the money I won.

They ask for an alternative bank for wire transfer, so I ask for a list of banks who are approved but they can't answer me... so I have to open a bank account to another bank to HOPE they are accepted by them.

Def take your business elsewhere. They say you can withdraw winnings same day, almost instantly but that's a lie. I've requested withdrawals that have been denied and then had funds removed from my account without any correspondence from their "customer service" people whatsoever. The first time I sent them a chat to see what's u, i was told my withdrawal request was denied by the manager and the winnings removed because I hadn't met all the withdrawal requirements. These guys are scam artists. I was offered a free chip by them and won. Max payout was set at $100. I managed to win and play through tried to withdraw my winnings. Went through the verification process and was told my documents were approved. They told me I had to deposit $10 through my Litecoin wallet and I did that. Requested the $100 withdrawal and waited until a few mins ago to inquire about why I haven't heard from them on the approval. Decided to inquire with them after I read all their bad reviews and the guy told me my withdrawal was denied because I used more than one free bonus than allowed. I didn't. They offered me free spins in my account and my withdrawal was already requested and removed from my account.
