Wish I could leave no stars!! First I tried for two weeks. Y’all they kept wanting g my photo and my DL and my cards even one I don’t use.! I won 200.00 haven’t seen it and haven’t done some of the things They want. Because get this they wanted a Copy of my bank statement to prove that the debit card was mine. Now here’s the problem with that. My debit card is not associated with my statement, and I wouldn’t send them my bank statement. Anyway they have done me wrong as they have all of you and I talked to Bank of America today, who has Told me they are a suspect group. The reason that I talk to them was because suspiciously after all that begging for all my cards I have over $1000 dollars trying to be pulled from my account on the card that they just absolutely insisted I verify. Now it says it’s from Sendwave Boston but I’ve never had a fraud alert on this card. I know 💯 that the people that are talking to you on chat are scammers that they’ve hired to get your information and they really insist that they have to have all this before they will pay you do not give them anything. Do not give them your debit card do not give them your credit card stay away from Ruby slides. They are no more than those overseas scammers. Please listen to the ones on here they have to get shut down stop giving them money. THEY TRIED TO BREAK ME!! Thank goodness for Bank of America being so efficient at this crap! Tell everybody you know to stay away from RubySlots or associated casinos!!!

I actually won some money and try to withdraw it and it’s over a months and it’s still pending. First I requested a check to be sent, it’s passed two weeks so I went to check on the status. Customer support is terrible, they went to tell me that I have to send in all the requirements and I told them that I have, they then tell me that they no longer send out check so now I have to send in my bank statements and other things. Three weeks later and it’s still pending. Wtf? I am super disappointed

I was given a $30 chip as part of a promotion. I won $100 with that chip. When I tried to make a withdrawal. They sed I needed to deposit $10 to verify the ltc address. So I did. I then withdrew $110. They gave me $11.00 and kept $99. So I went threw all of that for ONE DOLLAR! It was not worth it. Don't waste your time. There are A LOT of other casinos that are wayyyyy better!

This casino is a scam site. Nothing but a scam site. If you make it through their playthrough and want to withdraw your funds they demand a "fully refundable" small deposit of $10us in litecoin. Then the B.S. begins. They refuse your identification pictures because they're too "blurry" then they only offer your deposit back but none of your winnings and talk to you like you're an idiot. These people should have painful lives.

Had issue with duplicate account I had made one a long time ago and then forgot I had it made another one and then in the meantime I was playing it kind of like dawned on me that I thought I had another one at one point so I went to casino customer support asked him hey if I complete this playthrough as my account going to be good to go to withdraw and they notified me that I had to duplicate account and I asked what the email addresses were and they told me they would not give me the information until I made it deposit.
From my understanding it's against casino policy to have a duplicate account and it's subject to having your entire account banned for trying to misappropriate bonuses so I'll try to be honest but to kind of hold the information hostage for money is super stupid because as soon as you do that I realize what kind of s*** you're on and I'm not going to be part of it so you really just like screwed your own selves on that one because I would have been a depositing player you know what I mean have played the playthrough deposited some money and you know kept on playing cuz I was pretty close to beating the playthrough.... I deposited $50 to play with no coupons. I began to win. I tried to withdraw-request but I keep getting denied. It's been over a month now and still nothing

I played one of their bonuses that they offered. I ended up winning and went thru the process and as soon as I get it done they just came in and cleared my money I had on there and canceled my withdrawal and made some excuses about playing two bonuses which at other casinos that wouldn't have happen cause it states you have to deposit before and get another bonus but this is only casino that don't have that.

I never received my winnings and i paid my deposit to withdrawal they had nothing but excuses i do not recommend this game to anyone all i can say is scam scam scam

Superb customer service every time I spoke with support. I won $1,105 and it was deposited today. It did take a bit longer than originally predicted but considering how many payout requests the casino must get a day, and taking into account that each one is individually reviewed for authenticity, it is understandable that it took a bit longer. I will say this to all the reviewers that leave poor reviews though, YOU NEED TO ACTUALLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I received a bonus, made the turnover, fulfilling all the bonus rule and convert it i real cash. Then i won more money with that cash, and now when i ask for a cashout, they´re saying that i can´t get it. I have the money standing in the "withdrawable" screen, and they´re saying i can´t have it. So, they´re keeping the money above the limit withdrawable rule of the bonus, but when someone wins with the real money, they reffuse the withdraw. I think its a real warning and a hit in the trust with Ruby Slots. I don´t recommended it.

Scam.... oh they will take your money and send you freeplay and you can actually win but don't think you are gonna cash out anything. Twice they have not paid me. The first time they came up with some rule that ther was a $10 bet limit ...I ok won't happen again. They kept my $300.... this time it was$500 and some other. BS. Thought it was great, was winning and then...tried to withdraw and they make it impossible. They have no problem taking your money from whatever account but they won't pay out to that account.My advice, just stay away and play your money somewhere legit.
