Don't waste your money here, if you win you'll never get your withdraw accepted. They don't have live chat, the only way to contact them is via email then they take 3 days to respond and aren't helpful at all, nothing gets resolved and then they start a whole new case number. Nope.

Recently won $5,000 which they only allow you to withdraw in $2,500 weekly increments. Which would be fine if it didn't take them so long to pay out. I'm going on business day 19 and still haven't received any of my winnings and I've brought it up to my VIP Host several times. Which in this case the VIP host is useless. Terrible customer service, longest wait. Times for payouts, ridiculous hoops to jump threw for verification of identity. Bonuses have high play throughs, and then they still keep a chunk when you request a payout they don’t communicate or post all the ridiculous documents you need instead deny you with no explanation. They don’t follow through with follow ups as promised and the help email never gets back to you… don’t waste your time

If i could give zero stars! I see that the Casino never replied once to any of the complaints but i will throw mine in here anyway and i hope future players read this before playing at this site. I initiated redemption request on 12/27/2024. Until today01/19/2025 i go back and forth, they keep saying the money has left the casino and there is nothing they can do. They are not able to provide a trace number for the wire transfer nor escalate the problem. Request was approved out of time frame because i kept on contacting them. Payment in 6 days out of time frame line.

Would give zero stars if possible. Well over 3 months since I initiated a payout. Now I’m told it was sent December 4th. S just have to be patient. Payouts do not take this long so only reasonable answer is this is a scam. Do not play this site and give these folks any more money they clearly arent earning legitimately. Snip it from last conversation with them. Just a joke.

Impossible to withdraw. I won over 11k back in October and am down to 6k because I can’t withdraw, so I just keep losing which is what they want. I figure I’m not going to get paid out anyway. They always deny my withdraw. I had to open a different bank account because they said they didn’t deal with my bank, then it kept getting denied because according to them I never submitted the banking documents. I had to start including myself on the emails. Then it was a bonus chip issue and so on.

I wish I read the reviews before I started playing this scam site.

Other sites I have been verified within hours and on some instant withdraws, hits my bank account the same day.

I would stay away from Ruby Slots at all cost, there are so many other legitimate sites that do pay when you win. I have pics of all my screenshots with customer service with their bogus reasons why I can’t withdraw.

They ask what is your birth city, how would they even know to verify?? I guess next I will be asked for my birth certificate. Whoever works for this scam site, is one peg lower then a debt collector. I’m sure next my account will be banned.
