Easy to find what I wanted and loved the "see it in my room" feature which was very helpful in visualizing my final choice.

The website was easy to navigate and order from! Pictures are brilliant. I can’t wait to see the rugs in person. I do hope they all work but sincerely appreciate the free returns within 30 days of purchase!

Bought a rug online in the uk - I didn’t realise they were shipped from the USA - although they have a uk address to. Shipping took ages when it finally arrived it was too deep / thick for my doors to open over it. Something you’d not know unless you’d seen it. I tried in vain to return it within the time scale but due to the poor customer service replies they didn’t reply in time nor with the right information for me to return it. Plus they say you have to pay for returning it - which would be fine in the uk but rubbish to the USA. All in all poor product and poor service never again.

The options available and visual presentations definitely enticed me to purchase today:-).

I needed to exchange a rug (it was a great rug but the pattern didn’t work) and customer service was the best I’ve ever had with an online order.

It was easy to use and offered a wide selection to choose from.

I ordered both a rug and pad over a month ago and had not received the purchase so I contacted customer service. They kept saying give them another day or two to find out why my order had not been received. After three emails with the same response I have asked for a refund back to my credit card. They offered to do a replacement, but the rug I ordered and paid for was the one I wanted, and if they couldn't deliver the original order why would I trust them to do a replacement.

Easy, efficient online ordering system. Great sale price on the rug I purchased. Looking forward to receiving the rug and hopefully it will be of high quality.

It was easy to review rugs and sizes and payment was easy, too.

I've had a difficult time finding 10 x 12 outdoor rugs. It's evidently an odd size. But rugs.com has a number of them. I'm very pleased. This will be my go to site for area rugs from now on.
