Great price, quality, free shipping. Only complaint was since in kitchen it does spot easily but still will keep buying this rug. This will be our third one idential. Love it!!!

I ordered a rug. It was ok but not like the pictures. I returned it and was hassled about the return then received no refund.

This is an easy to use website. I was so happy with my previous purchase, I came back for one more item. I had a delivery request - and the chat feature referred me to a "real" human who was able to assist. Quality of previous rugs exceeded my expectations - so a very happy customer

Unusable - large rug folded and crammed into a square box. Never received a rug not rolled. Completely unusable .. will never get it flat. Delivery took forever. Will never buy from them again

I returned my rug and it was delivered back to the Rugs.com warehouse on July 16. According to their policy, my refund should have been processed by now. Instead, it has been 11 days and I am still waiting for my money to be returned.

Easy to select from a large range of shapes, sizes and colors. These are perfect outdoor rugs on our old wooden decks. Fast delivery. Our third purchase.

My previous rug did not match my area. I returned it without any problems - easy peasy :). Today I ordered another. The prices are fantastic. Rugs.com is my go-to company. There's a huge variety and rugs for all tastes.

The rug I received looked flimsy. It was very thin and the colors and patterns were different from the picture on the website. When I attempted to return the rug, they charged me a $35 return fee.

I dealt with three different employees from rugs.com. One was Gabe, Christopher and Regine . They were all so helpful and had great customer service skills. Rugs.com is a great place to buy rugs for there quality and at a reasonable price. Kudos to all three employees.

I've bought several rugs over the years with rugs.com and it has always been a good experience. The site is easy to search and filter so I'm quickly able to find the size and style rug I want although I like that there are so many options. The prices are fair for the quality. Further, I've never had an issue with shipping, my purchases have always arrived promptly and the rugs are well wrapped and easy to roll out. I've bought both indoor and outdoor rugs from them and rugs com will continue to be my first choice for rugs and pillows.

Selection is awsome. So many sizes and styles to choose from. I am sure they have a rug for everyone.
Both indoor and outdoor rugs to slect from. Maybe you want indoor/outdoor, they have that too.
The prices with the sale were amazing. I got just what I needed for my living room, along with a pad.
