I have been ordering from rugs.com for many years. I was afraid to order again due to the most recent negative 1 reviews in the past months. I am very happy to say, I had no problem. The order came very fast. The quality and design are wonderful. 5 stars

Customer service had all the answers I need. She was help if seeing where the item was warehoused so I could determine processing and delivery time for either of my homes. So easy to deal with. Thank You.

This company has pushed back my order multiple times for no apparent reason. And then when I ask for a refund bc they are not giving me my order, they tell me they may deliver it after that. So I’m supposed to ship it back even though they are the ones delivering my order on time??? I am so frustrated with this company and their inability to deliver 1 rug!!! How is this difficult ???

The rug is cheap looking but the worst is it was shipped folded 7x10 and it has numerous wrinkles. Ive had it laying out for days and no change. Im not talking small ends etc, think shirt thats been in a hamper for a month! I called and was sent a list of ways to remove wrinkles but this is a large rug thats completely wrinkled!! I'm supposed to get on my hands and knees and steam a 7x10? Disgusted

Absolutely terrible experience. The quality of the rug was far below expectations, and I returned it immediately. Despite the product being sent back right away, Rugs USA still charged me a 20% return fee.

Charging customers a significant fee for returning a poor-quality product is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping here again.

Save yourself the frustration and your money. There are plenty of companies that stand behind their products—this isn’t one of them.

I have shopped at rugs.com for many years. They’re intuitive website makes it so easy to find what you’re looking for the rugs. I have purchased have all been top quality and exactly as described.

The ordering process was easy and fast with no difficulties.

I love the fact that you can see the rug in your room. Also easy shipping and return instructions. This is my first purchase so once I received the rug I will do a review as well.

I couldn’t receive my rug it suppose to be delivered last Thursday before holiday .
I been contacting with ups more than 7-8 times they keep lying to me today n tomorrow the item gonna be delivered and escalated with their local team over 4 times.
I have asked shipper cancel the shipment they told me it can’t be possible . Since 7/2/26 I waited another 5 days nothing changes .
It just same cycle . Shipper says not gonna cancel , ups says it is gonna deliver tomorrow n local team gonna call me no one calls n shows up .
Yesterday the tracking link shows item went back to shipper n today it shows it is on the way it will be delivered by Friday . They can not identify the delivery address even though I put right one . Updated , later confirmed over 8 times . I asked them give me local team number so I won’t bother u guys . They told me we can’t provide . I even offered em just give me drop off location I will go myself n take .
They told me no coz their locals team being dispatched by em over 4 times and my delivery would be priority but hey still didn’t get anything .
Almost a week passed no answer no help no one to keep in touch . They r not taking any responsibility or trying to help solve the issue .
Don’t waste ur time n go order safe place or amazon at least they defending their customers rights!!!

It was easy shopping and trying rugs in my room.

Great selection and easy to put in browsing selection to narrow the search. Loved the fact that all the product info had pictures. Can't wait for the rug to get here.
