The rug appears to be of good quality, free shipping and the delivery service was excellent.

I appreciated the numerous size options that are included and the application that allows the customer to see potential rug in their own living room.

I have had great experiences with Rugs.com

My husband and I purchased two rugs along with the matching rug pads from Rugs.com, expecting everything to fit properly. Unfortunately, both rug pads were significantly larger than the rugs they were sold with.
After contacting customer service, we were asked to send photos, which we did. Instead of correcting the issue by sending properly sized replacement pads, they told us the warehouse said the rugs sometimes “shrink” during the manufacturing process, so the pads is larger for that reason. Their solution? Have my husband cut both rug pads himself with a knife or scissors, or package everything back up, return it, and purchase another one.
This is completely unacceptable. We ordered the correct rugs and the matching pads that were recommended by the company. Customers should not have to cut brand-new products to make them fit because of a manufacturing issue. The fact that they wouldn’t simply send properly sized pads or offer a reasonable solution was extremely disappointing.
We expected much better customer service, especially after taking the time to provide the photos they requested. Instead, we were left to “figure it out” ourselves. Based on this experience, we would not recommend Rugs.com. Poor customer service and no accountability for a problem that wasn’t the customer’s fault.

I found the website easy to use and lots of choices were available. The prompts were also clear. After looking at many sites, that is a really good thing.

The test will be if the product is as good as the photographs -- i certainly hope so.

I have been looking everywhere for an indoor outdoor rug to match one I purchased at Lowe’s a month ago. I wanted another one but Lowe’s was sold out
I went to rugs.com and found the same rug within ten minutes. I have ordered from rugs.com in the past and was easy to order, delivered on time with care and I was/am well pleased with the rug.
I’m looking forward to receiving this new purchase I just made.

I ordered a rug & rug pad on rugs.com on 06/10. I received it expeditiously. The pad was great. I did not like the rug & re-packaged it with care (I never even unrolled it). I returned it on 06/12. Rugs.com received it on 06/16 per my tracking #. I followed up with customer service on 06/25 for my refund & was told to wait up to 15 business days. Still no refund on 07/03; I called again & they made it happen that day. BEWARE!!! SAVE YOUR RETURN TRACKING SLIP!!! THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR $$$. 2 ⭐️⭐️for the rug pad & 2nd customer service rep.
