I’ve ordered a few rugs from rugs.com. This is the second time that my rug has gotten “lost in the mail.” The problem is rugs.com. does nothing about it. The rug just stays lost in limbo with no update or status. It just doesn’t show up. I have to call several times to get customer service to “investigate.” Then two months later I receive my product with no discount or money back. It’s just not worth it. Order a discount rug somewhere else.

I have used Rugs.Com many times. I have never had a problem. The rugs are always delivered on time and in excellent condition. They have a large selection across many types of rugs. The quality of the rugs I've bought are better than one would expect for the consistently low prices. Someday I'm going to find the just right vintage wool rug and won't hesitate a moment to buy it sight unseen from this company. In the meantime I'm having a wonderful time changing rugs on a whim. The friends I pass them on to are happy also.

I love Rugs.com! I’ve ordered several rugs from this company, and each one has helped make my home look more elegant and welcoming. The quality is great, the selection is excellent, and the delivery is always on time. I’ve never had any issues with my orders.

The website is very deceitful. On the product page it says free 2-day shipping. When you add the rug to the cart, 2-day shipping becomes $79.99.
I was told by a manager that what that means is it will leave their warehouse within 2 days….for free. I explained to him that what he is referring to is order processing, not shipping. He understood but said he could not do anything about it.

Easy to navigate online. Many colors, styles, and sizes. Looking for this many options at brick and mortar store would take forever.

I ordered a rug and there were some defects in the product. Rug.com was responsive and offered us store credit. We look forward to our replacement.
Customer service and the website are user friendly, and the prices are very competitive.
