After reviewing an item, to go back to where I left off, frequently returned to first page of items, not just previous page. Do not need to see every product in every color, I can click on item then change color to see other.

Very easy to maneuver in the online shopping and the ordering was very simple and quick.

Easy to use and great selection, especially if you need matching rugs. Reasonable prices too.

On their FAQ, Rugs.com lists that they deliver to APO addresses and proudly support the military, but when I ordered a rug to my APO address, I then received messages saying it was "invalid" and they do not deliver to APO right now. I never would have put in an order in the first place if the FAQ hadn't told me they deliver to APO. Their FAQ is dishonest and deceitful.

Such great deals and so many beautiful products to choose from, makes it hard to choose. Great website and company. Super fast shipping. Will always use them to update my space and refer them to anyone I meet. Great job guys and gals 😍

Checkout is simple compared to many. This is the second time I am buying this rug. Got flooded by an ice dam. My original is still in good shape but I am moving it to a new room . Absolutely love this rug and get many compliments on it.

This is the 3rd area rug I've bought from Rugs.com. Easy to find my previous order and ordered the same rug again. Prices are good. I love the quality. Easy to use website.

Rugs.com has incredible high-quality products, fast free shipping, and ridiculously quick delivery. I had previously paid around $1k for a few large rugs from Wayfair, that looked good at first, but deteriorated rapidly without have traffic or use. The wayfair rugs were garbage within a few months. I decided to replace them with rugs from this company, and I wish I had shopped with them to begin with. The selection is incredible, the prices are so fair, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the rugs. I highly recommend this company. I will be a return customer in the near future. I plan to replace all the rugs in my home now, with rugs from this business. The website was also very easy to navigate. All around satisfactory experience.

Update on 5-23: After I posted this review, I called Rugs.com and they processed a full refund, minus the discount they had already given me.

I purchased from Rugs.com in 2024 and had no issues. In April 2026, I purchased two small area rugs for my patio. Almost a month later, I have no rugs and order tracking keeps showing "no delivery attempt" from a location less than 40 miles from me. I've called Rugs.com and the carrier numerous times and they both tell me they are investigating it. I wanted these rugs for an event I was having so had to purchase from another source to have rugs in time. Rugs.com won't issue a refund but gave me a piddly 10% off. I told them I wanted a full refund for items I'm apparently never going to receive but they keep stalling on giving a full refund. At this point, I'm going to contact my bank as soon as they open today and do a chargeback. I would have recommended Rugs.com a year ago but will not recommend them ever again.

Product looks and feels fantastic - smells a little funky but doesn’t really bother after being in the room for a couple minutes - sort of new car (or carpet?) smell. Delivery timeline was fine and it got to me 9 days after I ordered, on the 6th business day. I had no way of tracking the order until the day of delivery and no one could tell me anything but it got to me all the same on time. The status just said “label created” but I would trust customer service as they were right for the most part. People who helped me were nice and attentive and I was able to get through after some wait. Again, product is exactly as described and I am loving it.

I can always find what I want. Prices and quality are very good. I love that they work through Amazon.

I have bought several types of rugs from this website. Always satisfied.

I ordered a rug and rug pad for our new home. Got the rug and was super excited to open it and get it in the office. Upon opening it I noted the rug was defective with ink all over the top. I processed a return for both items. They are saying I still have to pay shipping and handling of the rug. This rug was not a return due to me not liking it once received or not working in my space/decor.. This was a DEFECTIVE rug!!
