Beautiful rug for my home office that will make the room feel complete and cozy.

Purchasing and viewing on the website was so easy via cell phone but when I went to the PC to purchase it, I couldn't find it! I went to the help section, the bot asked for a screenshot, pasted the screenshot into the help feature and the bot sent me to a human. James found it and sent the link through the help feature and Voila! Done. Buying a rug couldn't be any easier!

Easy to find what I was looking for. I also appreciated the pop up that let me know if I paid with PayPal ( which I did) that they could only send my order to the address listed at checkout. Excited to get my rug now!

Like taking picture and seeing it in the room

Rugs.com sent me a rug pad instead of the actual rug a week ago. When I contacted them, they told me I still needed to unwrap it fully and take pictures and send it then I had to go and get new wrapping to mail it back. I asked him to just cancel my order and give me a refund and we’re going on 10 days now so I’m ready to report them to my credit card terrible service and if you talk to a different agent, you always get a different story just terrible terrible service. I will never order from them Again.

I like the selection of styles, the site is easy to navigate, the prices are great, and so is shipping. My sister also loves the site and recommended it to me.

I am still waiting on my rug to be delivered. I am on day 8. Website stated 5-7 days for delivery. I have called customer service and they were not able to give me a definite day on delivery. Today, May 2nd I followed up via chat and they again did not have a date of arrival. I requested to cancel this order and they stated they were unable to do so due to rug being " in transit". Paid for the rug 8 days ago. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I have ordered many rugs from this place (12?). While, I’m more or less satisfied for the price range, I have to say that most of them are slightly off as far as size and evenness. They often don’t even match the size of the pads suggested along with them to be the proper size. We’ve had to cut down pads to make them fit.Still, had I not had my most recent experience with them I would order again. I ordered a rug from them in February. It was said it would take 4-6 weeks. It is still not here. I have spoken to various people, written emails, texted them. I have been told multiple times it was ready to ship on a certain date and it has not shipped. At this point it was supposed to have shipped on 27 April. Guaranteed, via email by “Lorenz.”
No tracking. Not shipped. And now I cannot even get them to respond to me. Almost $500 for a 2’x8’ runner. No response. This is made even more stressful by the fact that in January 2025, we lost our rental home in the Eaton fire. We have been starting from Ground Zero to refurnish and refill a home on a very tight budget. We got pretty much zero financial help and have had to blow through our savings. This is a very big deal for us.

* Editing to add: apparently the company AGAIN wants my order number and information, which I have just provided. Again. I have a long list of emails directly from this company guaranteeing it would be shipped, I would get tracking information, etc. I don’t want to hear from somebody who is going to start at the beginning again. I want the rug. I want the tracking information. And I want it delivered.

Edit #2: so far I have not heard anything from them regarding this or any of the emails they have sent me and I have replied to.

I love to in room photograph to see the rug in the setting I intend to use it. Outrageously useful.

Searching for an indoor/outdoor rug was easy, viewing the several photos was helpful in decision making. Let’s hope the rug doesn’t disappoint!

The website was easy to manuver back & forth. Looked up the ratings & reviews of S.C. based company. BBB was a A rating. Felt confident shopping on this site.Looking forward to receiving the rug to cheer up my livingroom. As an artist the colors in this rug make me happy.
