Ruislip Windows & Doors Reviews

Very good experience and very happy with the door! It looks fabulous.

Professional, efficient and trustworthy with great competitive prices.

Had a French door installed. Although the team had to come back two times after installation to fine tune couple of problems, there was no issue to get them back. All sorted now and we are happy with the product. Team was always polite and professional.
Will come back to Ruislip Windows in the future.

We had two large bow windows and one small bay window fitted by Ruislip Windows. The fitters, Fernando and Cassius were polite, punctual and worked really hard - unfortunately for them they were fitting the windows during the coldest (minus) days we had at the start of the year, but they persevered to get the windows done. We had an issue with one of the windows having a cracked frame, but that was sorted straight away and a new one ordered and fitted a few days later. I would highly recommend RW and will certainly be using them again for the rest of house.

Really very pleased with my new windows. Hard working fitters they just kept going. Good quality windows at such a good price. Will use them again for my doors. Would definitely recommend to others.
Thank you guys brilliant 🤩

If you want the best forget the rest go Ruislip Windows and Doors. Price is keen, friendly and efficient staff, good
Product workmen friendly and skilled.

Excellent throughout. From initial consultation to product and installation. Window looks great! Highly recommend.

Quality, aesthetics, service and customer care, all excellent! Would highly recommend!

Ordered 3 doors from Ruislip Windows & Doors.
They sent 3 workers to do the work and the work was completed in 4 hours. They worked non stop. I am sure if I need any after-care on the doors it will be sorted out. A highly recommend company for everything, speed, efficiency, reliability and quality and service. 5*

Ruislip Windows visited our property to give us a quote along with a few other window salesmen so we have direct and immediate comparisons between them and others. Ruislip Windows were, by far, the least pushy and most helpful. They suggested lot of different options and didn't give us a deadline to make a decision by. We were left to do our own research and figure out if it was the right price and quality for us. This was one of the main reasons we chose to go with them, other than the absolutely glowing reviews.

Everyone at Ruislip windows was helpful and professional, including our installers (Lee & Ross).

The only downside in our experience was that we were asked for payment half way through the second day of installation, before it had finished and then chased again the next morning. This was before anyone asked us how the installation was going and/or whether we were happy with the products. We still haven't been asked if we're happy with how everything went and only asked to write a review.

Despite this, we did have a question about the front door installation and an inspector arranged to visit our property the same day to take a look. So we've no doubt that if we had a problem in the future with their products, Ruislip Windows would come and help us out, which more than I can say for past suppliers.

The most important aspect is the quality of the windows, doors and fittings. We are so grateful for the top notch quality of our new windows and door. We loved the salesman's approach which was without urgency, emotional manipulation or lying. We were very impressed with the installers and we very much appreciated the aftercare service when we had a query. As a result of our experience, we have given Ruislip Windows 5 stars.

We will be using them again in the not too distant future.

Very happy customer, I had an old bathroom window replaced, the whole experience was first class. Every one turned up on time when they said they would, the sales rep, the surveyor and the fitter, they were all very friendly and professional. The price was very competitive and the window is a very good standard

Great job as expected and another example of how John, Joe and their whole team will do whatever is needed to satisfy their customers. Thank you Ruislip Windows, you never disappoint

I had a great experience from start to finish with Ruislip Windows. Joe was very responsive with quotes and recommendations, understanding that a deadline that I had was made a little tricky over the Christmas period, and making sure that it would be finished in time for that. In fact everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with their work and I'll use them again in the future.

I’m genuinely glad I found Ruislip Windows and would recommend them to anyone. From installation to aftercare, they’ve been excellent. In a market where it’s hard to know who to trust, they are honest, transparent, and deliver exactly what they promise.

After installation I had two small issues — a scratch on the internal glass and a mark on the frame. Both were resolved immediately with no questions asked (replacement glass fitted and the frame mark buffed out). Their team is friendly, helpful, and always willing to offer advice.

A reliable company with great service and superb aftercare. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.

A great service from RWD. Ross and Lee installed the windows and we are very pleased with the job. They did the job very professionally in challenging January weather. The windows look great - many thanks.

We are absolutely delighted with our new windows and doors from Ruislip Windows and Doors Ltd. We have used this company on 2 previous occasions and they always do a first class job throughout the process of ordering, planning and installation.
We are delighted with the look and quality of our new windows and doors and have already noticed a considerable difference in the warmth in our home (we had single glazing previously.
We would also like to thank and give a big commendation to the Installation team of Tom and Lee. They were throughly professional, courteous and friendly in doing an outstanding job. A particular thank you to Tom, the Lead installer who went above and beyond in making good and ensuring that we were happy customers.
Thank you to all at Ruislip Windows and the highest recommendation.

Excellent service and a great job well done. Highly recommend.

I had a porch fitted and changed a ,back door and a few windows. Really pleased with the quality of the work. Excellent professional service from surveyor and office staff as well.

The company responded very quickly to a problem with our door lock. The engineer who came was very polite and efficient. He went back to the office to get a replacement lock and as my wife has arthritis he brought two locks to see which would be better. Extremely impressed with the customer service and would thoroughly recommend Ruislip Windows and Doors.

Great service and product. Would recommend.
