Delivery was too late for the item to be of use
I ordered the item on 12th of December but did not receive it until the 29th of December - well beyond the 8-15 days for delivery stated and after the date stated in on-line discussion with the company which was the 27th. The person this gift was for had to leave the country on 28th, so did so without the gift (and had to use one of my rucsacs as her daypack) making it a waste of time and money.

Very pleased with this putchase
I was initially sceptical regarding the authenticity of the goods purchased but upon receiving it, I was very pleased with the item. Delivery from HK to Malaysia was super fast too. Will definitely shop from here again!

初めての利用です
オスプレイのウエストバッグが欲しくて、初めて利用させていもらいました。
日本で買うよりかなりお安くなっていたため、正直不安でしたが、商品購入直後から直ぐにメールでの返信があり、商品発送後からは追跡番号で都度荷物の確認出来るようになっている等、とても安心して買い物が出来ました。
因みに、購入から11日で届きました。

Great service, my order was dispatched quickly and I received it in under 2 weeks, which was amazing as I'm in Australia and needed it for an upcoming trip! Very good price, and item descriptions, with fast, clear communication.
Do remember though, they are not UK based. When ordering from overseas, make sure you are ordering the right size, as returning items could be a lengthy, and frustrating experience.
