All good, workman were all gents, did all did a good job, very professional and helpful, and offered on going support whilst in the area..

Been with Run Fibre 18 months. Everything so easy from initial contact to installation.
Customer service and response time is amazing. Had a couple of issues (some my fault) and they take action so quickly. I can’t find anything negative to say about them. Speak to proper people via phone or email. None of this no reply at emails or fobbing you off. Very responsive company.
48 hours downtime
48 hours downtime, no communication from the company, empty head office and all phones go unanswered. Website worse than useless as it contains no network information. More downtime in the last year than with BT for 5 years. Service was good but it has recently been taken over and seems to have deteriorated. The new owner, Daniel Herbert, the CEO of Fiberay, says this is not acceptable but experience seems to say the opposite.

The Runfibre team have been excellent throughout. The installation was efficient and the team took the time to explain various options for (unobtrusive) cable routing. Customer Service is prompt and efficient. The initial installation was complimented by WiFi extender/booster. Great speeds compared to our previous provider. Thank You
Excellent customer service
Runfibre have really good customer service, never had any issue getting hold of someone who wants to help, never had to hold for more than a few minutes. Everyone we've spoken to from billing & tech support to the guys on the ground putting in the cable has been unfailingly polite & helpful.
The tech support was really good too. We had a broken fibre and they've had someone out to fix it within 24hr. When they've had wider network problems
The service speed is fine, never had less than advertised.

Update. Speeds been much better recently and more reliable.
An engineer came out to the house did some tests and offered to replace router. Very friendly, polite and helpful.
If it wasn't for a few minor issues would've gave a 5.

The Runfibre team were excellent throughout. Very responsive on comms and answering questions during the external installation and when connecting up the router. Everyone is very helpful and happy to offer assistance if you have any problems. Very pleased!
Excellent Service & Installation
Runfibre Team were excellent.
They were polite, courteous, efficient and workplace clean....As far as the installation, and the change to Runfibre...it was, and continues to be absolutely brilliant...A first - class service from a first class company...My background is in Robotics...so I have knowledge of the application and provision of good work practices... Totally Recommended with no hesitation... plus the change of bb speeds are amazing...Go for it 👍👌👍

Fast response - broadband connection fault located quickly, and repaired efficiently by Josh.
Runfibre is a must have
Runfibre were a breath of fresh air . After years of having slow / no internet connection these guys installed and made sure I had full fibre over my complete home . I can’t believe how rapid if I had any problems at all they were there within an hour to educate me and make sure everything was just so .

The optics are great.
Friendly, professional and speedy. A small, new company competing with BT OpenReach to connect the village's homes to fibre optics; RunFibre have done it with minimum fuss. I am pleased with the service and have had no service drop outs (which was a weekly occurrence with my BT service). Now, instead of 35Mbs/10Mbs speed I have a more stable 750Mbs/750Mbs service. Probably faster than I need but it's cheaper too.
