I ordered a stand to raise my TV a couple of months ago. I was extremely pleased with the stand, which was very high quality and professionally made and finished. It fits perfectly with my other furniture and looks great.
I would thoroughly recommend Rust & Oak and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

I was initially very impressed with my order. Three of the four chairs arrived in excellent condition and are of very good quality. They look great and I am very happy with them.

Unfortunately, one chair was defective upon assembly. I reported the fault on 10 June, providing photographs of the issue. Customer service acknowledged the defect, agreed to replace the faulty seat, and advised that the replacement would arrive later that week. I was also told that I would receive delivery information.

However, the promised timeframe has long since passed. I sent follow-up emails but received no response or update. I even informed the company that I would be away for one to two weeks and asked for an update before I travelled. I have now returned from my trip and still have not received any communication regarding the replacement.

The product quality has been good overall, and I am very pleased with the other three chairs. However, the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I hope the company will contact me promptly and finally arrange the promised replacement.

Delivered on time, waiting was laid out clearly on website. Product looks excellent.

Fabulous products and great customer service

Amazing Build quality, excellent Customer Service, and I'm very happy with my new dining table.

Searching for a dining table was an absolute nightmare. All the big brands seemed to charge a premium for solid wood tables, so I’m really pleased we decided to go with Rust and Oak.

The quality of the materials is excellent, delivery was prompt, and the overall value for money was fantastic. I don’t need another table anytime soon, but if I did, Rust and Oak would be my first stop.

There is a problem with deliveries, they demand signature for receipt, (not a bad practice indeed) but the customer is not aware of it before setting an order ,so a normal working person will never receive, and the most important, the delivery options are not including weekends or time frames that serves the client the most. If you try to contact them, it could be somehow tricky, so i trust others opinion for the excellent quality, but the sales need sure improvement on how to handle the customer.

Update. The reply given was not accurate at all, only when i informed them that i cancelled the payment, they contacted me, numerous mails or phone attempts remained non replied or ignored. Very bad practice instead of an apology, to claim fake facts. All customers are paying the price asked because they want to receive what they paid for, never again i will trust this company, it is a waste of my time for no reason at all...

This company are fantastic. They could not have been more helpful when ordering (I messed up the address) and the product itself was excellent quality and looks ace. I'm so pleased with it.

Rust and Oak were great.
We ordered a hall table to sit over a radiator, but the table legs did not fit the gap. Rust and Oak exchanged the legs for slimmer alternatives free-of-charge.
Would definitely recommend.

Ordering easy and as I wanted a 90cm round table it was made to order.
Beautiful natural wood and fairly easy to assemble (although my husband might disagree).
