Product arrived as scheduled, was in perfect condition and resolved my problem (leds under the awning were not working) perfectly.

Hello. I ordered two sets of cabinet pull latches for my older trailer. Not RV part shop fault ,but, they required some bending and tweaking and I even had to put some light grease on each one to get them to function. I would suggest you're company find another manufacturer of these.

Price was good, product was exactly as described. Nice that it was exactly the same size as the one its replacing. Haven't had time to install but will update when install completed and working.

We were a first time customer. Call company first to ask about what we needed. He suggested that although the product was on back order to place the order online anyhow. We did. Paid in full. That was back in April. Said it may be as long as six weeks. We waited eight no response. No calls no calls. No movement on the online checking system. we called the company. Still on backorder. We did another three weeks. Call again. They suggest we go with a different model. That is not exactly what we need but we can probably make it work. We go for that as our rental has already been held up now over a month. That order is supposed to come in one week. Two weeks go by no update to the order. No new invoice. No nothing. Call the company to ask. They say there’s no movement yet. Wait another week. We call again. We say that we are not wanting to go ahead with this order anymore as it’s been since April and it’s now end of July and we still don’t have any product whatsoever but they have our money. They refuse to cancel the order as it’s apparently a special order. We were never informed of a special order and only had experience with placing the order online. We call visa as we are sure this is likely a scam. This order was over $1000 with taxes. Visa even questions to us as to why we waited so long. Visa refunds us our money. We call the company and let them know that we’ve already requested the money back from visa as we’re pretty confident that there’s no order coming whatsoever. They threaten to put us into collections. Very conveniently, about a week later, I get an order update to say that our order is being shipped. We call the company and explain that they can stop the shipment because we’ve already requested the money back from visa. Again they threaten collections. We call back visa and explain. Anyhow, order comes and it’s the original tub we ordered not any kind of special order tub. So we call back Visa and explain that we now have the product we ordered and we’re fine to let them have back the money. Way too big an ordeal to go through as a first time customer. Last time customer 100% for sure. I’ve never had such a bad customer service from a business in my life.

Awning order continuous problems from initial order December 21, 2022 to date to delivery July 20, 2023. Still a problem with damaged product, not solved yet.

They were very helpful when I had trouble with a particular item. I’ll shop here again.
